In May 2026, the home received a Gold Design Award, achieving 93% in the audit, which places the home in the top tier for dementia-friendly design.
The accreditation also reflects the skill and commitment of the Springfield Vale team, who use the environment to promote choice, dignity, and wellbeing every day.
Springfield Vale’s nurse-led team includes registered nurses, health care assistants, and therapy professionals.
The team is trained and experienced in supporting people who may display behaviours of concern, enabling the home to support individuals whose needs may be difficult to meet in traditional residential care.
The team remains focused on continuous improvement, using feedback from residents to further enhance the home and deliver the best possible outcomes.
