Annmarie was born and raised in West Cornwall and has been passionate about care from a very young age. Inspired by her mother, a care assistant, she spent time in care homes as a child and knew from the age of six that she wanted to help others.
She began her career in care at 16 and later studied Social Work at the University of Central Lancashire, graduating with a BA (Hons) in Welfare Studies. Annemarie has built extensive experience across domiciliary, nursing, and residential care, becoming a CQC Registered Manager at just 27. She also holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management.
Throughout her career, Annmarie has led both nursing and residential homes, often supporting services to improve and achieve high standards of care. She now focuses on residential care, where her energetic and compassionate approach makes a meaningful difference every day.

Having lived and worked in Cornwall for many years, Laura has a genuine appreciation for the local community and understands the importance of delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
