Louise Lambert

Hi, my name is Louise, and I am the General Manager here at Whitewater Place Care Home. Welcome to our website!

I have been working as a General Manager within Barchester for 9 years, and I’m very proud to be managing a new, fantastic and caring team. I worked within the NHS for 14 years and, when I left, I managed a nursing agency that covered the South East of England.

It is my job to ensure we run a caring and safe environment at Whitewater Place. Our beautiful home has everything it needs to give our residents a fabulous experience and equally be an enjoyable home for staff to work in. Natasha, my deputy manager, and I will work closely together to ensure we deliver the best care for our residents.

I look forward to welcoming you into our luxury new care home, so please feel free to pop by.

Hello, my name is Tasha, and I am the Deputy Manager here at Whitewater Place. I have worked in Health and Social care for 14 years. I have always been passionate about person-centred care and have a love for memory care. I have gained level 3 and, most recently, my level 5 in leadership and management. I will be working closely with Louise, our General Manager, and will take leadership in her absence.

I look forward to supporting my wonderful team in ensuring high standards of person-centred care are delivered to our residents, and Barchester's vision and values are implemented in our beautiful new home. If you have any questions, my door is always open.

Hello, my name is Sarb, and I am the Administrator at Whitewater Place. I am delighted to have joined Barchester Healthcare to work in our luxury new care home. I have previously worked for the NHS and in the private healthcare sector. These roles have provided me with strong organisational, communication, and care skills that I am excited to bring to my new position.

I am looking forward to being part of a new team, supporting residents, families and my peers. Being an active part of the local community is really important to us as a home, and I am keen to see this develop.

My door is open, and I look forward to welcoming all our new friends and families to the home.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and spending quality time with my family.

Clare Last
Clare LastJob Title:Home Services AdvisorJoined: 2026

Hello, my name is Clare, and I am the Home Services Advisor here at Whitewater Place. My working life has always been people-focused, having spent 20 years as a teacher and leader, primarily in post -16 education. Alongside my teaching career, I have also worked in high-end hospitality, developing a strong commitment to customer service and creating positive experiences for guests.

My journey within the care sector began when I entrusted the care of my own relative to a Barchester care home, where I have since been fortunate to have spent 3 years volunteering. This experience has given me a real appreciation of the difference that kindness and compassionate, person-centred care can make to individuals within our care.

As a Home Services Advisor, I enjoy supporting individuals and families as they explore care options, helping them feel informed, empowered, reassured and confident in making the right choice. Building relationships and ensuring people feel valued and supported is important to me, both personally and professionally.

I am proud to be part of the amazing new team here, and I am incredibly excited to be working in such a beautiful home.

Outside of work, I am an avid gardener and can often be found visiting a garden centre or at Wisley! I also enjoy long walks along the canal with my dog and caring for my chickens.

James Taylor
James TaylorJob Title:Admin Assistant/ ReceptionistJoined: 2026

Hello, my name is James, and I am the Admin assistant here at Whitewater Place. I am brand new to the care sector, having worked for 30 years in financial services with companies such as Aviva and Prudential. I am very passionate about my career change and moving into care. My mum required care support for many years, and experiencing first-hand the difference that care excellence made to her life gives me real inspiration. I am confident that I bring a wealth of experience to my new role.

I am very excited to have joined Barchester in our brand new care home, and I am very pleased to be part of this wonderful team. You will usually find me at the reception desk, so please stop by and say hello. We are really looking forward to meeting and getting to know all our new residents and their families and friends.

In my spare time I am very much a sports fan. I have lived locally in Hook for 25 years and like to get out jogging in the local area 2 or 3 times a week, especially on a Sunday. In downtime, watching both cricket and football is my idea of relaxing, often found travelling to watch local teams whenever possible.
