Spotlessly clean, the dining room always looks lovely, in-between meals residents have tea and cake.comfortable chairs for all the residents. activities are brilliant for the residents, and the entertainment.

My friend is a resident here, and she is treated extremely well. She has profound and complex care needs which are provided for by the wonderful team here.
My late mum was also a resident here from June 22 until her death in February 23. She was always kept clean and well fed. In fact on my frequent
visits, she was always having coffee and treats brought by the staff.
As an older person myself I would willingly live here if I had to go into care.

Magnolia house is a lovely, clean and comfortable care home. It was the hardest decision ever to put mum into a care home but I can honestly say it was the best decision for her to go into magnolia. From the owner, the management, the lovely carers, entertainment team, cleaners, cooks, hairdresser and
maintenance they are all brilliant. They all work so hard. It's always spotless, the food is amazing, rooms are lovely and the activity team keep them all entertained doing a vast variety of activities. From exercises, games, baking, gardening, quizzes and tribute afternoons. Well done to all involved. The residents are so lucky to be in magnolia. My mum is happy and well cared for, what more could we ask for. X

My brother-in-law and sister-in law are both residents at Magnolia House and both need help in all aspects of life to a lessor or greater degree each day. My wife and I have always found when visiting that they are both well cared for and both them and the premises are clean and well looked after.
We are kept informed of anything that may impact their care or might help with their development. The staff are very professional and friendly and we are very pleased with how they interact and treat our relatives. It isn't easy working in this type of environment but they do an excellent job and we are happy with how our relatives are progressing. Thank you.

My father was a resident at Magnolia House for 15 months before he passed away. The care he received was really good. The staff made my father feel special. My father had a good sense of humour and the staff helped him to keep that . Family members were always made welcome when visiting.

From the Management team to the carers and support staff, every member of the team goes above and beyond to care for our loved ones. My mum is being cared for, she is happy there and says everyone is lovely. The senior carer is amazing I always get an update about mums heath any changes to medication or if mum has had a fall. The care home looks very welcoming just like a home would. It's clean and 98% of the time smells fresh.
The staff seem very happy and they are friendly and patient with the residents. The food looks lovely and is varied. I love that as a relative I can come and go any time. The staff work hard on activities and days out. The minibus is a great addition. I am very happy with the care my mum receives. Thank you all for the care you give, it gives me great peace of mind knowing mum is well cared for.

When my husband passed away, my mother-in-law had to come on respite for 2 weeks and then she came home to me, but I could not cope, so she said she wanted to go back into a home. The staff are amazing and she tells me and I can see for myself that she is cared for amazingly and the activities are good
all round. The home is amazing and I feel happy knowing we made the right decision. Cannot say enough about it!

My mum received respite care at Magnolia House Residential Care Home following a hospital admission. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there was a good sense of schedule (set meal times etc.) Excellent food with a good variety of choices.
Activities took place daily (Mon-Fri) to promote socialisation
and prevent withdrawal. We are extremely grateful for the care provided at Magnolia House.

Staff here are sensitive to Dad's needs and are supportive when we ask for assistance. They are prompt in noticing any health changes or difficulties and following up or accepting things we'd like to try to support dad further with changing needs. The activities are sometimes too noisy for Dad but there
are always options to move to a quieter area if we are visiting. We are very happy with the inclusion levels of family visitors and the general positive and upbeat atmosphere. Everyone here works so hard and together well.

My mum lived at Magnolia for ten months, from October 2022 to August 2023. During that time, I visited most days and was always impressed by the care provided and kindness shown to all of the residents. The moving-in process was so easy and stress-free, and the staff helped Mum settle in straight away.
The
home gets great reviews and a high score rating for a reason, and I’d definitely recommend Magnolia House to anyone having to find a place for their loved one.

Magnolia House Residential Care Home provided excellent care for my grandma, she spent her final days there and the staff could not have been nicer to her, they were caring, supportive and professional. Grandma always looked nice, she always took pride in her appearance in her younger years and it was
nice to see that she was regularly having her hair and makeup done. The staff here always go above and beyond for the residents and organise many events for them. Grandma passed whilst being at Magnolia and we much preferred her passing happening there rather than at a hospital as, although she was often confused and anxious, the staff at Magnolia had worked hard to make her feel safe and at home, she passed peacefully and in comfort with no distress. Cannot thank the staff enough for taking such good care of a much-loved lady.
