Exceptional kindness, care and dignity is given to the residents. Food is freshly prepared and well presented. Daily daytime activities including day trips out and also evening functions are well thought out. The staff are wonderful and always approachable. They understand the individual needs of their
residents and I feel they are always striving to do the best for those they care for.

My father has lived here for over four years and he is very happy and content. It is a remarkable and happy home. The manager is extremely approachable and has a very down to earth approach dealing with your concerns. I would not hesitate in recommending Magnolia House.

I visit Magnolia House regularly and it is a happy home where the staff seem to treat the residents almost as family. I have been very pleased with the treatment of my mum in law. The home also has a range of activities for the residents. It is clean and well kept.

Fabulous care home. All staff, management and owner are very caring, approachable, and have the interests of the residents at heart.
Great social media page with lots of photos so we can see what the residents are doing.

Wonderful caring staff. A lovely place to both live and visit. Lots of good ideas and activities, always doing something different and having fun. My Gran is very well looked after and I feel safe knowing that she is there, her mood has improved greatly since living there compared to home. She always
says the food is lovely and her bedroom is beautiful and was personally decorated to her taste.

My mum has been in Magnolia House since February 2019 and is very happy. She joins in all the activities on a daily basis there is always something happening. Mum seems to have a new lease of life now she has company all day. She has been to Hospital today to distribute the Easter eggs to the children’s
ward and had a lovely morning. They called in the pub on the way home for coffee, biscuits and ice cream. All the staff are extremely attentive and are always there to help and reassure mum. I am very happy with the services provided in Magnolia and so pleased mum has a room here.

With many years experience of this home, I can honestly say residents are extremely well cared for and treated with respect and dignity. Magnolia House has the best entertainment programme for residents in the area. The variety and quality of the food is appetising and plentiful. I have recommended
this home a few times and still do.
