Bloomfield Court

Very clean and the staff are very kind and helpful. Very nice view and very nice staff.

My sister has been at Bloomfield Court since Coivd started she is well looked after. A very nice room with an ensuite and the staff seems very caring and if there is a problem with my sister or she's not well they inform me and keep me updated. I am happy with Bloomfield. My sister seems happy too and she said the food is good and they have a choice of food.

Having worked in the area a lot of my career and visited Bloomfield Court many times as part of my job, I was always very impressed. When we made the difficult decision to move Nan into a care home, I had no hesitation in choosing Bloomfield Court as my number one. From my first conversation on the phone, I felt at ease that Nan was going to be in good hands and I can say that 3 months on, I have been nothing short of massively impressed with the dedication, love and care that the staff have shown my nan and us as a family. Communication from the staff is amazing and I always feel part of my nan's care, no matter what the issue is. Their willingness to make these difficult times as easy as they can be has made, not only my nan's settlement smoother but our family's acceptance much easier, knowing she is safe and cared for 24/7. I cannot recommend Bloomfield Court enough. 5* from me.

When I was told my sister needed to go into a home I visited 4 homes to see how they were looking after the clients care. I was not very impressed. Then I found Bloomfield Court my searching was over. I was greeted by the staff in a friendly way, showing me every floor in the home. Even the kitchen and cooks. It was immaculate and comfortable. My search was over. My sister soon settled down and seemed happy with all carers.

Bloomfield Court is a wonderful care home. I have visited a few care homes, none compare to this one. The staff are very caring. Nothing is too much trouble, always a smile for everyone. Food is excellent. Really cannot say a wrong thing about this care home.

Mom has been a resident in Bloomfield Court for 3 years. We have always been extremely happy with the care and attention that Mom has received from the staff. During the last year, there has been a change in management and the difference is noticeable. The staff seem happier with the changes and the home itself is better cared for. Well done.

Staff are well mannered and professional.

The care home is very nice and always very clean. The staff are very nice and pleasant. My mother-in-law is always very happy there and the staff welcome you and ask you if you want a cup of tea or anything.

In mine and my sisters view we are thankful that we found Bloomfield Court for our mom.

My mum has recently had a cataract removal. For a couple of months, she struggled as she was totally blind. If it hadn't been for the help of staff it would have been a very difficult time, even more than it was. I'm very grateful for all the help and care they provided.

I am very pleased with the care given to my mum at Bloomfield Court. The carers do a great job and always get in touch if they need me.

Visiting is very flexible and always welcoming.

In her final days when we were not sure whether she would have to go in hospital staff reassured us that she was in the best place. She was cared for more than we could have wished and it gave us the opportunity to be with her. The home was clean, the rooms were lovely and the staff not only cared for my mam but for the family too. It was the best place for her to be. I can't thank the staff enough for what they did.

My mother moved into Bloomfield Court just over 3 weeks ago, she has settled well and receives kind and compassionate care from lovely staff.

The care and attitude shown to him is genuine. As a family, we understandably, have been very distressed as a result of my brother's diagnosis we have received nothing but support and kindness from Bloomfield.

My mom and the family have received the care and support from staff at Bloomfield Court to help mom make the transition to residential living. Staff are aware of residents individual personalities and needs and are treated with respect and dignity. Mom is always well presented and family are always made to feel welcome when they visit. Any medical issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

This care home is clean, friendly, the staff and manager give 100% at all times. Residents are happy and treated with respect. I wish the wages for staff were on par with nurses because they give quality care and attention to each resident in the same manner (sometimes better) than when unfortunately it arises that the person has to be hospitalised. I have first-hand experience that they are kept cleaner with personal hygiene at Bloomfield than in the local hospital. That's the level of care that is at Bloomfield all the time. Thank god.
