Naburn Walk, Whinmoor, Leeds LS14 2DA
Ravensdale is a purpose-built home providing individual care for adults with a range of complex needs.
Making every day better is about achieving the best possible outcome for service users. At Ravensdale, care and activity plans are built around each individual, making sure they are happy, cared for and fulfilled.
Ravensdale has two 10-bed units, Foxglove and Bluebell, each featuring a dining room and two lounges.
Service users are encouraged to decorate their bedrooms, so their own personal tastes can be enjoyed. Each room is fitted with TV and telephone points, and have an accessible en-suite wet room.
An extended pathway of care is offered at Ravensdale - the OneCare service provides more independence to service users who may have met their rehabilitation goals. The three-bed house is staffed 24/7 and provides a pathway for those ready to gradually return to life in the community. OneCare services are also ideal for those with progressive conditions, not quite ready for full time care, but do still require some support.
A full-time occupational therapist supports service users with activities of daily living. Social activities, hobbies and outings are all encouraged within Ravensdale, and where possible, access to education.
