Extremely disappointed at the lack of support provided for our mother. Discharged in car park with no warning and no support or advice of alternative services available. Would not recommend this care home to anyone.

I have never seen any facility at any price, that I have visited that could provide a better environment or care for my late mother.

My mother is very happy there and has made a few new friends. It is a great comfort knowing that she is well cared for and happy.

My first impression of the home was how clean it was. The staff, carers, nurses and housekeepers were all very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much of a task for any of them. I would highly recommend this home.

Excellent care home, my daughter chose wisely and I love it here. I'm very happy the staff are excellent and so is the food.

We had to remove our father from a nearby nursing home due to a very bad experience and poor care. He has been in Cairnmartin Court for 3 months now and we can't imagine him being anywhere else. The standards of care are exceptional! The home is spotless and the food is lovely. I take him into the café daily on the ground floor, to have a freshly made bun and a cup of tea. They have a bar upstairs that he goes to every Friday for the gentleman's club. I think if I was to say to him now, I will take him home, he will say NO! as he loves it. The staff are lovely and can't do enough, there is always something happening for the residents. Myself and my father would highly recommend it.

Staff are absolutely wonderful, very highly recommended for anyone whom is thinking about home care for a friend or family member, this is defiantly a great place to be!! Management is also excellent, hair salon, spa room, bar and more for residents, amazing!!

Cainmartin Court is a very clean friendly home. I have been to the home many times to join in the activities, things like wedding day, movement and exercise, flower pressing and laughing yoga. I enjoy helping and seeing all the resident happy and content.

I visit the home to see my grandmother on a weekly basis. The home is spotless, the food is of restaurant quality and my grandmother loves it! There is always something for her to do and today when I was there the music man was in and all the residents loved it. The staff were dancing and singing it was great to see such a happy bunch. I have never come across such dedicated and hard working staff, they are a credit to the manager who you always see pulling her sleeves up and getting stuck in! My grandmother has been in three other homes in Belfast and the experience she and us as a family had of them were not great. To know now that she is being well looked after and enjoying the company and her life in Cairnmartin Court is heart-warming! When I take her out she wants back to 'her wee home'. Cairnmartin Court is highly recommended by my grandmother and our entire family.
