5 stars to the staff at Heathfield Lodge. My sister lived at Heathfield Lodge for a few years before losing her life 2 weeks ago. 5 stars to the staff at Heathfield Lodge. My sister lived at Heathfield Lodge for a few years before losing her life 2 weeks ago. The staff here are absolutely amazing and it is them that make the home what it is. My sister was so well cared for, along with her cat Fluke. The staff were always so positive, compassionate always had time for a chat and always there at the end of the phone. I really cannot thank you all enough, and I know how hard the job is, having been a Care Assistant myself for 15 years, you are all so very much appreciated and please keep up the great work.
