My great aunt has clearly received lots of love and support over the course of her staying here. The staff have been very warm and kind not only to my aunt but to the family too. We have no concerns with our aunt staying in this residential care.

I am extremely happy with the care my mum receives here, she is very well looked after by the caring staff. It has obviously been very challenging during the pandemic, but the staff have done their best. My mum is very happy and settled.

As my husband went into the home at a time when he had to isolate in a strange bedroom and he didn’t understand what it was all about, the staff were so good and understanding towards him and myself. He’s happy and because of this, I’m happy. A big thank you to all.

There was also a great range of activities and entertainment available.

They all obviously love their work in caring with some residents that are hard to manage. They are under extreme pressures to do their job well and thorough and they do it with a smile.

I have found my husband to have a good relationship with the staff in Clement Park, who are helpful and friendly. As he has been a patient (NHS unit) for 14 years he regards it as home and is contented and comfortable.
