Clement Park Care Home, in Dundee, has been purposely designed to suit the needs of elderly people and those with dementia, making it a safe, secure and homely environment for residents to live. It also features a secure mental health unit.

A person-centred approach delivers care on an individual basis, meaning that each person within Clement Park receives a custom care package that caters for their specific needs.

Residents are regularly consulted on menu, activity and lifestyle choices to make sure their life within Clement Park is as fulfilled as desired and possible.

As my husband went into the home at a time when he had to isolate in a strange bedroom and he didn’t understand what it was all about, the staff were so good and understanding towards him and myself. He’s happy and because of this, I’m happy. A big thank you to all.

Firstly I wish to thank the staff for all the work and care. I am happy my mother resides at this care home. The manager is great and I trust my mother's care at Balhousie Clement Park.
Lots of really good staff which helps when you are worrying, especially with the pandemic issues at the moment.
I
can honestly say that during the Covid outbreak I knew my mother could not be in a better care home.

Although my friend was not a resident for long as he passed away unexpectedly. The pre-admittance care and effort were exceptional, from the home visit of the manager and assistance to the visit to the home by my friend. All the staff were very welcoming and treated my friend as if they had known him
all his life. Taking the trouble to find out all his likes, dislikes and favourite music.

Security was great and management was extremely helpful. No request was too much. The staff were kind, patient and helpful. Grandad's buzzer was responded to in good time and his requests listened to and acted upon. He enjoyed the food and new menu with additional variety. His room was moved around
to suit him and tailored to his needs. Staff and management made the effort to get to know the family. Everything was always clean and tidy. There was also a great range of activities and entertainment available.

First time I have had any dealings with any care home Clement Park does not disappoint. Bright surroundings, clearly caring staff. I can ask anyone how my husband has been and they are all informed even when they don't work in the same suite! They all obviously love their work in caring with some residents
that are hard to manage. They are under extreme pressures to do their job well and thorough and they do it with a smile.

I have found my husband to have a good relationship with the staff in Clement Park, who are helpful and friendly. As he has been a patient (NHS unit) for 14 years he regards it as home and is contented and comfortable.
