Southborough Care Home

From my very first visit, I and any visitors that have subsequently been looking at the home have always been greeted and treated with friendly courtesy and offered refreshments. Family and friends have as I have all been surprised and pleased to see how quickly my husband has settled happily into the home, with no problems having to return. He enjoys a walk and sitting in the garden there. He is kept clean and shaved with trimmed hair, very presentable and dressed in suitable clothes. He looks very well looked after and has unusually gained weight. The security is excellent, so very necessary. It is a great relief to see him so relaxed and comfortable for which I am very grateful.

My mother was admitted to Southborough following a series of falls, hospitalisation and was then unable to cope at home. Southborough have made her very welcome and she is happy there. The home is immaculately clean, food all home cooked with excellent choices at all meal times. Her room is lovely, with en-suite. They even provided a special air mattress to make her more comfortable. Staff are so friendly, informative and caring - can't do enough to help.We are so pleased we decided to place her at Southborough.She is so well looked after and in safe capable hands. We would not hesitate to recommend this to future residents and their families.
