Bagshot Park Care Centre

My husband had been very unwell for a while & was then hospitalised for 2 weeks. He was taken directly to Bagshot Park Rehabilitation & Care Home. He was very wary & weak & could not walk. At Bagshot he had his own room, with ensuite wet room & the care of extremely attentive carers, for his every need. Excellent food 3 times a day, where I could join him if I wished. He had physio to suit his ability, 5 times a week, to get him stronger & get his confidence back. He is now home after 3 weeks & we are continuing the physio as an outpatient. The staff were truly amazing, just like one big family.

Exactly what I needed after a long stay in hospital. Good facilities, great outdoor space. Excellent physio service which was really important to me. Great nursing staff always willing to listen to any concerns I had, very caring staff.

I enjoyed my experience at Bagshot apart from having a hospital bed. The bed sheets didn't get changed throughout my stay. I also had to put up with the same towels. The food was great and the staff were fantastic.

I spent 2weeks in Bagshot Park care centre in order to rehabilitate after a hip replacement operation as I did not want to return home immediately to care for myself. I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. It proved a good choice for my recuperation as the nurses took care of my medication needs, with checks during the night there was a menu choice for each meal, the laundry service and room cleaning staff were excellent and the physiotherapist very encouraging.Many Thanks.

My Father-in-Law came to Bagshot earlier this year. A massive thank you to all of the team, they were so attentive and kind and made his stay stress free and comfortable. With the team's dedication and care, he was able to come home to continue his recovery. We are very grateful for all of their support.

Mum came to Bagshot Park for two weeks of rehabilitation following major emergency surgery. The team were able to admit her for care at very short notice and provided an excellent service to her, my father and I. The facility is excellent with modern clean rooms and onsite physiotherapy. The whole team were very supportive and answered any questions I had during her stay. A huge thank to all the team.

Bagshot Care Centre is a marvellous Care Centre. Management friendly & caring as well as staff. Food option excellent. Laundry services & facilities is top. Maintenance is great. Admin staff courteous, polite & friendly. The care service is above & beyond. Overall the all around services provided by Bagshot Park Care Centre; must be the envy of similar service providers. Keep it up guys.

The hydro pool was out of action for hte majority of the 14 wk stay but when it was in use/working was excellent.

My mother spent a couple of weeks at Bagshot for rehabilitation following surgery, and I was very pleased with the experience. From the moment she arrived, the welcome she received from all the staff was warm and reassuring. The ongoing care and support were consistently good.

The physiotherapy team, in particular, made a significant impact. After a long period of inactivity that had caused serious mobility issues, they achieved remarkable progress in a short time.

The home itself was clean, pleasant, and well-maintained. Staff were always friendly, kind, and attentive. While the food varied slightly from day to day, it was always plentiful and generally good.

Overall, I felt very confident and happy leaving my mum in their care. The team at Bagshot provided not just medical support, but genuine compassion and encouragement throughout her stay.

I have recently left Bagshot Park after a 5 week stay. I was extremely anxious about going there but the staff put me at ease straight away. The level of care and physio was outstanding and I would not have made the recovery I have done without my stay there. They encouraged my little girl to come and visit which put me at ease straight! Thank you all for your hard work you were all amazing!

My complete experience whilst being at Bagshot Park has been outstanding. All staff are so helpful, friendly and will do anything for all residents. I have had a few laughs throughout my stay which made me feel at ease. They have really helped me with my recovery 100%. Would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs it.

I am very happy with all the services.

The care here is very good most days, depending on if they have enough staff. The staff are caring and happy to help, some go above and beyond their duty. There will always be some small issues with any nursing home, but in general we are pleased with the care and physio they provide our father.

My son went to the facility with a brain injury. He entered in a wheelchair and walked out using a cane. The management and staff were nice to him and made him feel very comfortable. I would recommend Bagshot Park Care Centre to anyone with a TBI (traumatic brain injury).

The staff work very hard and are polite and helpful. Any questions one might have are dealt with promptly. The home is very clean. The meals the residents receive always look nourishing. I feel my loved one is well looked after.

I couldn't have asked for a better placement for my husband and I look forward to when he makes it home to me and his children.
