I visited Kings Lodge for the first time last weekend to visit a couple who have moved in. Kings Lodge is bright, airy and very welcoming. The staff I met were all very helpful, I was immediately offered a cup of tea. They have a lovely outdoor space for warm days and the home was spotless! Oggie, the manager is simply the best! He is very knowledgable and can't do enough to help both his residents and their families. Nothing is too much trouble for him. I'm looking forward to being a regular visitor there and getting to know the staff and other residents.

Brownscombe House has been perfect for my father. The staff are truly amazing, and the rural surroundings provide a beautiful and peaceful environment. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel extremely welcome. My father soon settled in and came to think of it as his home and the carers as his family.

He particularly appreciated the efforts the staff made to celebrate his last birthday with us. Caring for someone with dementia can be challenging at times, but I am pleased to say that the team were always attentive, kind and genuinely caring. They were also happy to adapt his care to meet his individual needs, rather than expecting him to fit into an established routine.

Throughout his time at Brownscombe he was always treated with the dignity and respect he deserved, particularly towards the end of his life. As a result, he visibly improved and he thoroughly enjoyed his time in such a pleasant, relaxed, and caring environment.

I know we made the right choice for him.

Our mother has been in Abbey Chaise for just over a year. The place is spotless and mum's room is en-suite and really nice. She has a varied menu and good choices for her meals in the dining room. The living room and gardens are very sweet. More importantly, the staff are really wonderful. She is safe and well cared for, I am happy she is there.

There is very little to do here and suitable only if very old or very ill. i you are looking for anything to do in the day there is very little on offer here. The staff are nice but can do little about that. It is a depressing place to be

What a lovely home. The staff are caring and always attentive. My mother likes them very much. The home is welcoming and has a friendly atmosphere, which is followed by a wonderful attitude to residents and relatives. My mother likes being there and I am happy too. Thank you x

Thank you for being amazing!

Since Mum moved into Surbiton Care Home, she has been cared for by attentive, caring staff. Consequently, she is very happy, is eating well and enjoying socialising with other residents and staff. This means, as a family, we can rest assured that mum is in safe hands in a safe environment.

We've just enjoyed a wonderful 90th birthday celebration organised by the team at Surrey Heights for our mother. Mum has been in the Home for 4 months now and we are delighted with the care and support Mum is receiving. Thanks particularly to JP, Claire, Karen, Charlotte and Weather. Sorry I can't mention all the other staff who are looking after Mum on a daily basis but thank you !

Maria very helpful fantastic service. Really friendly, easy access, very clean tidy. Lovely people i really recommend it. Staff are fantastic always willing to help. Couldn't praise them anymore. Enjoy my visits.

The staff are all very friendly and were great once a routine was established. The meals were great especially as they were made on site. The team are an amazing bunch of people who work well together - both night and day staff. Everyone made me feel so welcome.

Mum has dementia and moved to Surrey Hills following an extended stay in hospital with a broken arm. She had fallen in the hospital and suffered a brain haemorrhage, which affected her behaviour adversely. She was also suffering from delirium. Surrey Hills took all of this in their stride and welcomed her and helped her adapt. There has been a marked improvement in the time she has been there due to their care. The home is well-run, always clean, well-staffed and well-maintained, with a lovely outside space, but by far its greatest asset is its staff, all of whom are, without exception, cheerful, kind and patient, all doing their best, working as a team, to add value to the lives of the residents, despite dealing with, at times, some quite challenging behaviours! They are genuinely caring and affectionate to the residents, very welcoming, and support not only the residents but one another and residents' families too!

My time here has been an eye opener. The staff and carers in general are very good, they help you when help is needed. As regards to management, Jash the manager has helped me in my new housing situation ie bank statements, birth certificate, citizenship card which has helped you obtained a relevant benefits that I am entitled to the activities throughout the day, good and the general wellbeing of the residents is off a high standard, apart from what I have said, I would recommend it to others being relatives husbands or wives and I have not had any problems been in Whitegates since I arrived. Thank you.

The staff are all professional, kind, caring and helpful. The activities and facilities are very good.

My sister is a returning customer. She spent five weeks at Kingston for rehabilitation following a fall and enjoyed the experience so much she has had two further short stays while her carer is away and to top up her rehabilitation. This works very well for her and she thoroughly enjoys her time at Kingston. She has made friends and tries a wide range of activities aside from the therapies that are on offer. The staff are kind and caring and my sister looks forward to seeing them on her return visits. We hope that Kingston can continue to be part of her support and care plan going forward. The family couldn't be happier with the arrangements.

It's a lovely home with very kind, caring staff. We are both made to feel very welcome and I have already booked more stays. It is really good to know that my husband is in such a kind, caring environment whilst I get a much needed break from full time caring.

My husband had been very unwell for a while & was then hospitalised for 2 weeks. He was taken directly to Bagshot Park Rehabilitation & Care Home. He was very wary & weak & could not walk. At Bagshot he had his own room, with ensuite wet room & the care of extremely attentive carers, for his every need. Excellent food 3 times a day, where I could join him if I wished. He had physio to suit his ability, 5 times a week, to get him stronger & get his confidence back. He is now home after 3 weeks & we are continuing the physio as an outpatient. The staff were truly amazing, just like one big family.

I have been coming for physio after a hip replacement. The treatment has been very helpful and effective. All the staff at the centre have been kind and helpful. Excellent value for money. I will recommend it to friends for my rehab.

Mum has stayed with you a few times now and it is wonderful for all the family to know that Mum enjoys her time with you. Thank you always.

Exactly what I needed after a long stay in hospital. Good facilities, great outdoor space. Excellent physio service which was really important to me. Great nursing staff always willing to listen to any concerns I had, very caring staff.
