Having already given a general review I feel I must give a special mention to the events co-ordinator especially after the brilliant success of recent events she has organised. Clock cricket was so much fun a few days ago but I think the indoor golf today beat even that.
With the aid of the wonderful
staff of Surrey Heights , events co-ordinators from a golf company ensured an afternoon of fun laughter and cheering. Everyone joined in whether sitting or standing and the focus on my partners face as she stood over the velcro tennis ball with the putter before getting the ball in the middle of the target had everyone in stitches and the smile on her face when everyone cheered and clapped was worth more than all the money in the world
Thank you for your humour and patience and I look forward to the photos of the event and can't wait for future events. If I could give 10 stars I would
Oh and there was a lovely buffet afterwards, so good that the man from the golf company stayed and enjoyed it xx

My Dad has been in care at Crest Lodge since October 2024 after we lost my disabled mum & he couldn't care for himself as he is not mobile with limited movement & understanding after his strokes & seizures. We are so happy with his care, its nice to see the same staff & they all love Dad. They inform
us if there is anything we need to know like if he has hurt himself, or if their is any changes we need to know. He can't do anything himself but they make sure that he joins in as much as possible & have even organised 1-1 time for him to get ample help while doing so, thank you!

My mother became a resident at Kings Lodge Byfleet in March 2025. From the moment she moved in she was looked after and well cared for. All the staff at Kings Lodge Byfleet are so caring, and helpful. They all do such an amazing job. They are friendly, informative and will go out of their way to help
and reassure residents and their families. It's a huge relief to know that my mother is looked after, and safe. What a wonderful place my mother gets to call home. Most important fact is she loves it there and has made friends with other resident and staff.

We moved my mother in law into Abbey Chase 3 weeks ago. During a particularly difficult time because my father in law was suffering from chronic kidney failure (sadly he has subsequently died) and was being cared for at hospital we needed to find a suitable cate home for her as she was unable to look
after herself. The management have been exceptionally helpful in sorting all manner of admin and logistics out - all done with care, compassion and love. We have found the same qualities to be on show with my mother in law's stay at the care home. Thank you very much.

Abbey Chase is a wonderful place which is managed and run by a fantastic team. It sits in beautiful grounds with a stream and natural forest area. The staff, care for, talk to, listen to and help every resident. The managers know every resident well. There are activities every day and the residents
sit in a communal room which looks onto the beautiful grounds. At lunch everyone sits in a beautifully set dining hall more like a hotel and the food is delicious. Everywhere in the home is unbelievably spotless and smells clean and fresh at all times. The bedrooms are modern, homely and bright.
My mum suffers from dementia and the staff are kind and empathetic, seeing to her living needs and speaking to her with friendliness and respect. She loves the company and smiling faces, it really has a warm, safe feel and the staff feel like a family, helping each other and joining in. It has proved to be the best choice for all of us.

Having to find a care home for a loved one is never an easy experience, but the moment you walk through the doors at The Brownscombe the staff and surroundings fill you with confidence that it is a very safe environment where the residents are given the very best of care. It is spotlessly clean, the
staff, without exception, are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and are always on hand to answer any questions you may have. The food is excellent, the rooms are bright & airy, there are many varied activities for the residents to participate in and the resident care exemplary - what more could you ask for.

My family & I wanted to fulfil my dream of going to watch the British super bikes. After I had my stroke I'd completely written off ever going again. My brother in law said 'let's make it happen'! He got the BSB calendar up to find a meeting at Brands Hatch, the end of the month. We were already at
the start. We looked at WAV hire, but it was too expensive! He looked at a price for a taxi. All hope was fading away. I suggested we went by train. My brother in law said it could be an option, but the track is in the middle of nowhere, the stations are miles away. We had exhausted all options, when I remembered that the home had a WAV. I told my brother in law that before we gave up all hope, I would email (due to the stroke, I physically can't speak) and ask if we could borrow it. We didn't have anything to lose. The worst they could do was say 'no'. To my surprise, it was ok. I got it insured and we were off. I was so grateful. Thanks to this home, dreams really do come true.

My husband and I had looked around many care homes and also asked around our friends. Having been given the name of Abbey Chase, we visited. Immediately, we loved the amazingly friendly and caring staff and feel of the home. The rooms and grounds are so pretty. My mother has been in there a couple of
weeks now and she is incredibly well cared for. The relief is massive and we cannot be more grateful and pleased. Lastly (and more importantly) the lovely manager at the home has been so wonderfully supportive, helpful and kind which led us to trust in her expertise. She has shown us great empathy at this time and generously given of her time. Thank you.

Brownscombe Lodge is a very attractive building in a superb location. Because of it's location up a hill, the air is always fresh and welcoming. My room was comfortable and well designed with a door opening onto the downstairs entrace so I could open it when weather was hot. The staff were very caring
and anxious to please and were always friendly despite being super busy. Overall I would highly recommend Brownscombe. It feels very homely.

My sister was well looked after at the home for the whole of the 6 years she a resident.
She felt as though it was her home, and the staff made her feel as it was.
The staff were always attentive and caring, and had a positive attitude.
