Thank you, Surrey Heights for giving my Brother a loving home and caring environment; during his first 6 months with you he has enjoyed his time with you and I; as a freqent visitor could not have been made to feel more welcome ; all your Carers are wonderful; lovely food; clean and lovely surroundings
and great entertainment to stimulate the residents (and on festive days; their visitors and relatives too!) There have been a couple of inevitably unfortunate unprovoked incidents , but they were sorted out empathetically and sympathetically immediately and I feel my Brother is very well looked after and all his needs met beautifully; thank you so much, Surrey Heights for all your help; sympathy; keeping my Brother safe; happy; looking so much better (and shaven with a Barber on site!! Fantastic!) and always going that extra mile to keep all your residents and their relatives happy and well cared for; a thousand thank yous and I have already and would always happily recommend you.

I have always felt that the care my sister receives is very good. She loves the staff; they treat her with respect and kindness, even on her bad days. My sister is a resident at Crest Lodge - it is a testament to all of the staff that she has been able to live here for quite a long time in a relatively stable and happy condition compared to the struggles she had with settling elsewhere with her complex mental and physical needs. This is her home

After a long spell in hospital and a deterioration in his health and mobility we had to make the decision to find a nursing home for my father. Because of his requirements, suitable homes were hard to find but we were very fortunate to be offered a room at Brownscombe. The introduction by the very professional
management team allayed many of our initial concerns and the nursing staff gave 100% to ensure my dad had all his needs covered in a very fraught settling in period. Their commitment to his well being ensured that when he had a couple of medical issues they were dealt with and resolved swiftly and with the utmost care.
His room is spacious and well appointed with all the facilities to make his stay as enjoyable as his condition will allow. The nursing and caring staff are very attentive and go out of their way to make close bonds with the residents, making them as comfortable as possible. The food is varied and tasty. The setting and gardens are breathtakingly beautiful.

I try to visit Carl once a week. The staff are always very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I try to come on a Saturday around noon, Carl always seems to be happy and well looked after. This does not seem to be just for my attention as I have visited sometimes on a Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
after work when everything is done to the same standard and the staff are helpful and Carl seems happy.

My mum was in hospital for 7 weeks and, due to increased care needs, needed a new home. From the first enquiry with Kings Lodge I knew this was a great place for my mum. The facilities are excellent and the accommodations resemble 5* hotels. The surroundings are always clean and tidy - everything is
very well maintained. Food, entertainment and enrichment activities are specifically designed for residents and every care is taken to meet individuals needs. The care, compassion and respect for my mum and all her family is outstanding! The staff are all amazing, without exception, and on my mums 90th birthday the special attention and celebration from all was so touching. Everyone at kings lodge has made the difficult transition one which I now truly value. My mum has improved and is so comfortable- it's been an actual god-send that we were able to get her into king lodge. Can't thank them all enough.

When my mother was in hospital before being discharged, we were advised se is too frail and needed to be in a nursing home. St Catherine's came recommended and we were lucky to be shown around, and a room was available. We met with the staff and the room was perfect. Visiting my mum, I am impressed
with the care not just at my mum's but all staff speak and smile to all residents, the care and compassion are exemplary. everyone is treated with compassion and dignity. We could not be happier with the staff, home and care.
