Situated on the banks of the River Abbey, Abbey Chase Nursing Home is a 20th-century country-house setting that offers residential and nursing care. A true nature-lover's paradise, Abbey Chase is located within a quiet country retreat and surrounded by tranquil landscaped gardens. It's also characterised by original features, including an evergreen oak tree, octagonal carp pond, walled garden, orchard and a peaceful riverside walk. Situated close to Chertsey Town, Abbey Chase is easily accessible by the M25 and mainline station at Weybridge.

Abbey Chase offers first-class accommodation with modern facilities, and is registered for 62 beds. The inviting, centrally heated single and shared rooms have scenic views of the grounds and surrounding countryside, with some rooms featuring en-suite bathroom facilities. Care is always provided with dignity and individuality in mind. At Abbey Chase, focus is primarily placed on residential and nursing care, with a secondary focus on respite, dementia, and palliative & end-of-life care.

The nurses and care staff at Abbey Chase have the necessary nursing qualifications and caring experience, which enable them to ensure residents are happy and comfortable in their retirement. The highest standards of personal dignity are maintained at all times, and the personal care they offer is always approached with sensitivity to physical and emotional needs in mind. We moved my mother in law into Abbey Chase 3 weeks ago. During a particularly difficult time because my father in law was suffering from chronic kidney failure (sadly he has subsequently died) and was being cared for at hospital we needed to find a suitable cate home for her as she was unable to look
after herself. The management have been exceptionally helpful in sorting all manner of admin and logistics out - all done with care, compassion and love. We have found the same qualities to be on show with my mother in law's stay at the care home. Thank you very much.

Abbey Chase is a wonderful place which is managed and run by a fantastic team. It sits in beautiful grounds with a stream and natural forest area. The staff, care for, talk to, listen to and help every resident. The managers know every resident well. There are activities every day and the residents
sit in a communal room which looks onto the beautiful grounds. At lunch everyone sits in a beautifully set dining hall more like a hotel and the food is delicious. Everywhere in the home is unbelievably spotless and smells clean and fresh at all times. The bedrooms are modern, homely and bright.
My mum suffers from dementia and the staff are kind and empathetic, seeing to her living needs and speaking to her with friendliness and respect. She loves the company and smiling faces, it really has a warm, safe feel and the staff feel like a family, helping each other and joining in. It has proved to be the best choice for all of us.

My husband and I had looked around many care homes and also asked around our friends. Having been given the name of Abbey Chase, we visited. Immediately, we loved the amazingly friendly and caring staff and feel of the home. The rooms and grounds are so pretty. My mother has been in there a couple of
weeks now and she is incredibly well cared for. The relief is massive and we cannot be more grateful and pleased. Lastly (and more importantly) the lovely manager at the home has been so wonderfully supportive, helpful and kind which led us to trust in her expertise. The staff at Abbey Chase are all lovely and have worked very hard to help my husband settle. He has dementia and their kindness and patience has helped him become calm and settled.There is a lovely atmosphere throughout the home. The grounds are beautiful and we have enjoyed many walks outside where

My husband is looked after better than I could ever imagine. He is cleaned every day with fresh clothes and fed amazing food whenever he wants it.

We, as a family, can not emphasise how caring and passionate all the staff have been whilst supporting our mother on her final journey. Every staff member, at all levels, always demonstrated caring, compassion and professionalism throughout our mother's stay at Abbey and we would have no hesitation

Since my dad has been at Abby Chase we have noticed a great difference in him.The staff are so attentive to all residents. They are fed very well 3 times daily with constant tea of coffee, cakes, biscuits in between. We feel very satisfied that his care and needs are met all the time which is a big

My father was taken into the complex care unit in December 2024 from hospital. He was scared and confused as was I, but we were entirely supported by the kindness and expertise of the management team and supervisors. They dealt with a difficult behavioural time for my dad and an emotional time for me
with love, understanding and compassion. The management team are down to earth, yet professional - I felt like my father's care and my well-being were in capable hands.

My father-in-law received very good care whilst at Abbey Chase. I found the facilities to be very clean and it smelt good. Every one greeted us with a smile and engaged with us in hello's and goodbyes. The managers were very friendly and supportive, always finding time to deal with our concerns and

I felt relieved and very pleased to bring my mum to Abbey Chase. Her hospital experience was degrading and horrendous. I feel reassured that my mum is being looked after by people who care, from the cleaners to the carers and nurses and management staff, they are approachable and helpful.

My dear Mum has been at Abbey Chase Nursing Home since November, initially for respite, however, has now become a resident which I am very pleased about. The home is very friendly, caring and kind. The wonderful staff and nurses look after my mum and keep her safe day and night. There are daily activities
to join should you wish, with a lovely welfare team. Abbey Chase is very well managed and the team are a delight. Thank you.

We cannot thank the team at Abbey Chase enough for their care, support and friendship towards our dad. The management and staff are caring, patient empathetic and professional. In our experience, they took time to understand my dad's character and personality and adapted his care accordingly.
Nothing
ever seemed too much trouble here throughout his stay, regardless of circumstances. We were continually impressed and thankful.
