All the staff are amazing they all work very hard looking after everyone. the food is good varies dishes . if you need anything you only have to ask, if you need a drink or food they are happy to get it for you whatever the time. anyone thinking wanting care then this is the place to choose.
Although only for a short respite stay for my sister in law I can wholeheartedly recommend King's Lodge. The diligent care of every staff member to my sister in law and also the warm welcome and help to myself as next of kin has been exemplary, faultless. One of King's Lodge values is to really understand the individual needs of their service users and demonstrably show this through the care they provide. They do this in every interaction. I have had a lot of experience with many care homes. The ones where the staff recognise that they are working in the home of the service users and treat people as they would there own relative are the best and King's Lodge certainly do all they can to deliver in this manner. King's Lodge is a small care home. Not many of the big bells and whistles of larger homes but those are not necessary. The small intimate home and a good staff to resident ratio allows for personal time to be given and thats the most important care of all. I highly recommend.

I am so impressed with Kings Lodge as a provider for residents with Dementia. and Parkinson's conditions. The staff are very professional, caring, empathetic and respect the resident's dignity. Kings Lodge is very clean and well kept and the residents have activities on a daily basis to help with their cognitive skills. The food, prepared by their in house chef, is extremely good, providing residents with a varied and nutritious diet. Oggie, the manager, is extremely knowledgable and caring both to residents and staff. A bonus is that I can visit whenever I want to and can bring my dog. The home has a very family feel to it which is so beneficial to the residents.

The care that King's Lodge Centre Centre provided to our Auntie Ann was exceptonal during her time with you. Thank you all so much for you efforts to keep her as comfortable as possible during the time she was with you, in what were very difficult circumstances. Your personal interest in her care was much appreciated and we will always remember the staff with much affection.
We would recommend Kings Lodge without hesitation.

We have both been very appreciative of the level of care provided to our Auntie Ann. All of the staff have been excellent and we could see over the months that our Aunt was a resident that a genuine affection for her had grown. We are very grateful that Auntie Ann was able to be looked after at Kings Lodge Care Centre for the final months of her life.
We would like to thank you all for your kind care and attention and we wish you well for the future.

From being exceedingly nervous regarding nursing/care homes and quality rumours of, we most definitely landed on our feet with our mother having been assigned from St Peter's to Kingslodge.
Oggie and his team were first class in their attention to care and detail for our mother, something that simply put us at ease from onset, providing us nothing but confidence in staff' attentiveness, response & overall professionalism and level of excellent care provided.
We cannot recommend Kingslodge, Oggie & his team more highly.
Thankyou Thankyou

I have been extremely pleased with the care that my husband has received at Kings Lodge. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. I was especially impressed by the Family and Friends Meeting which was very helpful and open . I felt listened to and felt that all concerns were followed up quickly and efficiently as are any requests i have made . My husband is happy and comfortable .
Thank you so much for taking your time to leave us such a positive review. It was our greatest pleasure to support your husband in his new home. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
My mum was in hospital for 7 weeks and, due to increased care needs, needed a new home. From the first enquiry with Kings Lodge I knew this was a great place for my mum. The facilities are excellent and the accommodations resemble 5* hotels. The surroundings are always clean and tidy - everything is very well maintained. Food, entertainment and enrichment activities are specifically designed for residents and every care is taken to meet individuals needs. The care, compassion and respect for my mum and all her family is outstanding! The staff are all amazing, without exception, and on my mums 90th birthday the special attention and celebration from all was so touching. Everyone at kings lodge has made the difficult transition one which I now truly value. My mum has improved and is so comfortable- it's been an actual god-send that we were able to get her into king lodge. Can't thank them all enough.
First of all Thank you so much for taking your precious time to leave us this amazing and positive review. We are pleased to hear about your mum settling in and it was our greatest privilege to celebrate her 90th birthday. This has been a huge encouragement to all of us here at Kings...
From the day I arrived I have been treated with kindness, consideration and dignity. The entire staff are helpful, kind and considerate and sense of humour, so important! I could think of living of any other care home.

My mother became a resident at Kings Lodge Byfleet in March 2025. From the moment she moved in she was looked after and well cared for. All the staff at Kings Lodge Byfleet are so caring, and helpful. They all do such an amazing job. They are friendly, informative and will go out of their way to help and reassure residents and their families. It's a huge relief to know that my mother is looked after, and safe. What a wonderful place my mother gets to call home. Most important fact is she loves it there and has made friends with other resident and staff.
Thank you so much for taking your time to leave us such a positive review. It was our greatest pleasure to support your mum in her new home. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

receptionist. My mum has improved so much since she has arrived at Kingslodge thanks to the wonderful care. She is eating and walking now and this from a lady that was bedbound! Kingslodge is spotlessly clean the care second to none, also a big shout out to the girls in the laundry, they do an amazing job. And not to mention the chief words cannot say how wonderful you are!!! Thank you to management for bringing my mum here and my dad to follow.

We live in Western Canada and are only able to visit the centre rarely. This was the first visit in 2 1/4 years. We asked questions about my Mother's care and were given a full run down of all the issues and her day-to-day life. This was very thoroughly and professionally done.
Thank you so much for taking your time to leave us a 5* review. We are very pleased to hear that your visit was positive and happy with the care provided to your Mother. Our Team are committed to providing high standard of care and your feedback is a great encouragement to all of us.
My dad has recently been in Respite Care at Kings Lodge. I have found the staff to be very helpful at what has been a very stressful and worrying time. Both the Manager, Assistant Manager and other members of staff have responded to our concerns in a timely manner. Dad has had to return to hospital and is awaiting a permanent placement. I was struck by the warmth, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.
Dear Anthony, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with a review. We are really pleased to hear that you and your dad were happy with his stay whilst at Kings Lodge. We wish your dad all the best.
The staff at Kings Lodge are very welcoming and friendly and my mother is always happy when I visit her. The activities coordinator organises a great programme of interesting and varied activities during the week, including the book club and various arts and crafts, as well as regular visits by singers and entertainers. The food is always very good. It is reassuring to know that there are nurses available at all times and they are always very helpful. Any queries or requests that I or my family have are dealt with swiftly by the manager and his team. Thank you!
Hello, thank you so much for leaving us feedback. We are so pleased to hear that you are happy with the support that your mother is receiving and, when you visit the home. Thanks
I visited a resident with another friend. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist and taken to the lounge where some of the residents were sitting and others were playing a game with one of the carers. We were given armchairs (which were moved for us) so we could sit and chat with our elderly friend. We were even given a cup of tea along with the residents! I was very impressed with the welcoming and friendliness of the staff and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kings Lodge Care Centre.
Hi Sue, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We are really pleased to hear you had such a nice experience when visiting the home.
Our dear friend sadly passed in December 2023 whilst in Kings Lodge Care Home. We cannot speak highly enough about the care and support from every member of staff, medical and auxiliary. Their culture of care is second to none. From the moment our friend arrived, he was treated with dignity, respect and love. This was equally extended to ourselves as friends and family. The manager of this home and his staff demonstrate a standard that others should aspire to.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We are very pleased to hear that you were happy with the support we provided your friend, yourself and the family. We will be sure to pass this feedback on to the whole team.
Registered Manager.
I cannot speak highly enough of Kings Lodge. When he was transferred from the hospital we were welcomed as a family. For example, I was asked if I had any other siblings and if my dad had grandchildren. My confused father, who was struggling to communicate, immediately had people around him using our names and building familiarity and comfort.
My mum was welcomed by name when she visited, and both of my parents have been given the gift of dignity, spending the best quality time possible in the circumstances.
Early this morning, my dad quietly slipped away. Kings Lodge called me first to check if my mum was on her own. This was done with genuine thought and care.
I want to name individuals, but fear forgetting someone key, so for this reason I will stick to team Kings Lodge who without exception, have supported and cared for my dad, and our family, through such a difficult time.
Thank you very much for your kind review. We are very happy to hear that you were happy to hear that you were happy with the care that your father was provided whilst he was residing at Kings Lodge.
