Thank you to Karen and the entire team for the love, kindness and care you show my dad and my family every day. I truly couldn't ask for a better place for him to be during this time.

The home has various places to sit when we visit and everywhere is kept extremely clean and tidy.

I was staying here for four weeks, all the staff are extremely welcoming and very helpful, nothing ever seemed to be an issue even the smallest things I would ask for. Everybody was very caring and understanding. I would not hesitate to come back here, I had such a lovely day it was difficult to leave.

Both my Mother and Father have been residents of Kings Lodge Care Home. My Mother is still a resident and my father passed away in October. The care and attention my parents have had is exemplary. The Staff are all incredibly caring, kind and above reproach

I stayed at CHD Bagshot immediately after having a hip replacement. The reason for my stay was to have physiotherapy as soon as possible after the surgery and to prevent infection because I had developed sepsis after spinal surgery in 2025. The most important element of any organisation is its staff, and all the staff I met at CHD Bagshot were, without exception, wonderful - welcoming, kind, attentive, ultra friendly. Nothing was too much for them. With its pleasant garden and sunny lounges, it was very much like being on holiday rather than at neurological rehab. But be advised, there is a wide range of patients at Bagshot, from minor injuries and surgery to very serious cases that require constant care and attention, but the staff are equipped to fulfil the needs of all the patients.

My mother was admitted for respite care for 2 weeks. Her experience was mixed; she found the staff to be mostly very kind and helpful. However one morning I found her alone in an alcove opposite her room, dressed only in her pads and T-shirt. She was in some distress waiting to be dressed; I had to look for a staff member who could assist her. I observed the food she was given was adequate but lacking variety. As a result I brought a few food items in for her but they were taken away before she had a chance to eat them. When I asked staff they said they didn't know about it because they weren't on duty. My mother found the buzzer system noisy and intrusive particularly at night. The Home otherwise looked after my mother well and the place seemed orderly and well-run. When she had a Fall, which fortunately only resulted in some bruising, the carers came to her assistance and the Home contacted me promptly.

I have lived in Crest Lodge for several years and I have nothing but praise for it. In my opinion it is so good because of the manager, Krasimira. She is extremely efficient and well organized and runs the home superbly, but more than that she has a heart of gold. She genuinely cares about all the staff and all the residents and is always there for anyone who needs her. Her staff are like her and all are kind and helpful.

The atmosphere is a good one and upbeat which makes what can sometimes, by the nature of the disease b be hard to deal with.

I would thoroughly highly recommend.

Although the staff were friendly and caring and the physiotherapists excellent, I did not feel rested and refreshed after my five day visit post hip operation. I had flagged that I am vegan and despite the chef's best intentions (surprisingly I am the first vegan to stay there) the choice of dishes was really not good enough for someone recovering from major surgery. Fortunately I had several visitors during this time one of whom brought a variety of vegan snacks to keep up my energy levels but the choice of hot drinks in the communal lounge left a lot to be desired. Also, despite advising I only wished to be checked twice a day, ie around 8am and 10pm, on my last night I was woken at 1am by a staff member opening my door and shining a torch in my face and not closing the door properly so I had to get up to close it. I would say that there is definitely room for improvement.

Lovely care home. Staff are friendly and look after my complex nursing needs very well. Food is excellent my room is cleaned every day and the management are first class. No complaints whatsoever! I have multiple myeloma which is terminal and I am very happy to spend whatever time I have left at Kings Lodge

I visited Kings Lodge for the first time last weekend to visit a couple who have moved in. Kings Lodge is bright, airy and very welcoming. The staff I met were all very helpful, I was immediately offered a cup of tea. They have a lovely outdoor space for warm days and the home was spotless! Oggie, the manager is simply the best! He is very knowledgable and can't do enough to help both his residents and their families. Nothing is too much trouble for him. I'm looking forward to being a regular visitor there and getting to know the staff and other residents.

Brownscombe House has been perfect for my father. The staff are truly amazing, and the rural surroundings provide a beautiful and peaceful environment. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel extremely welcome. My father soon settled in and came to think of it as his home and the carers as his family.

He particularly appreciated the efforts the staff made to celebrate his last birthday with us. Caring for someone with dementia can be challenging at times, but I am pleased to say that the team were always attentive, kind and genuinely caring. They were also happy to adapt his care to meet his individual needs, rather than expecting him to fit into an established routine.

Throughout his time at Brownscombe he was always treated with the dignity and respect he deserved, particularly towards the end of his life. As a result, he visibly improved and he thoroughly enjoyed his time in such a pleasant, relaxed, and caring environment.

I know we made the right choice for him.

Our mother has been in Abbey Chaise for just over a year. The place is spotless and mum's room is en-suite and really nice. She has a varied menu and good choices for her meals in the dining room. The living room and gardens are very sweet. More importantly, the staff are really wonderful. She is safe and well cared for, I am happy she is there.

There is very little to do here and suitable only if very old or very ill. i you are looking for anything to do in the day there is very little on offer here. The staff are nice but can do little about that. It is a depressing place to be.

What a lovely home. The staff are caring and always attentive. My mother likes them very much. The home is welcoming and has a friendly atmosphere, which is followed by a wonderful attitude to residents and relatives. My mother likes being there and I am happy too. Thank you x

Thank you for being amazing!

We've just enjoyed a wonderful 90th birthday celebration organised by the team at Surrey Heights for our mother. Mum has been in the Home for 4 months now and we are delighted with the care and support Mum is receiving. Thanks particularly to JP, Claire, Karen, Charlotte and Weather. Sorry I can't mention all the other staff who are looking after Mum on a daily basis but thank you !

A lovely place.very surprise the staff are good manners good environment - it a pleasure facilities excellent, service excellent and outstanding

The staff are all very friendly and were great once a routine was established. The meals were great especially as they were made on site. The team are an amazing bunch of people who work well together - both night and day staff. Everyone made me feel so welcome.
