I would like to thank all the staff at St Catherine's - the care was amazing with everyone playing their part. From my first interactions with them being so helpful in quickly organising my mother's move - everyone showed great care, love and support both to the resident and our family.

I have always felt that the care my sister receives is very good. She loves the staff; they treat her with respect and kindness, even on her bad days. The care home could be a little cleaner, as could her room. Food is sometimes not to standard, but mostly ok. Requests are always fulfilled if possible, so overall, I am very happy with the standard of care.

When my mother was in hospital before being discharged, we were advised se is too frail and needed to be in a nursing home. St Catherine's came recommended and we were lucky to be shown around, and a room was available. We met with the staff and the room was perfect. Visiting my mum, I am impressed with the care not just at my mum's but all staff speak and smile to all residents, the care and compassion are exemplary. everyone is treated with compassion and dignity. We could not be happier with the staff, home and care.

I stayed at the home for three weeks for recuperation following a hip replacement. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. The nursing and care assistant staff were very kind and helpful, and looked after me very well. The food was adequate and tasty if a bit basic. The administration staff were very supportive in arranging for physiotherapy on my return home. I would have no hesitation in recommending this care home.

My relative was worried about moving to a care home but since being in St Catherine’s, he has enjoyed the friendly, homely environment and the interactions with everyone from floor staff to management. He has told me that he doesn’t feel lonely anymore because there is always somebody around and he feels safe for the same reason.

Been a very pleasant experience, management, admin, and nurses are all very helpful and pleasant.

It was my first time in a care facility and didn’t know what to expect and was nervous. I was admitted for post-op convalescence care and rehabilitation for 5 days. The care was excellent and they met my physiotherapy needs. I will definitely recommend it.

I have the greatest respect for all the staff, for all the dedication and care they provide to the residents. The residents have various illnesses and most have some sort of dementia, so it can be very difficult. The staff still treat the residents with care and understanding.

St Catherine's Manor was great with my friendly. Although he was only there a day and a half, they were very accommodating, so polite and would apply any measure I asked of! He was so relieved and happy to come, and the view from his window was amazing. He loved it there!

My sister was in palliative care at St Catherine's for about three weeks before she passed away on 9th September 2022. She really loved the attention she received from the doctor and staff and enjoyed the lovely room and a television to keep up to date with outside news. The staff were so caring and the daily routines well managed, and she saw her friends regularly due to the flexible

visiting hours. Congratulations, St Catherines.

My father has been at Catherine's care home for just over two years, and I have to say the service to not only the patients, but the family as well is outstanding!
My father became a patient at the start of the lockdown, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were, and still are, always informed of any changes and made to feel comfortable at all times.

The rooms are always clean, and the staff, especially the manager are extremely polite and caring at all times. I would highly recommend on all aspects of care.

My mother has been a resident at St Catherine’s since February 2021. She suffers from vascular dementia.
The home itself is a pleasant setting and a homely environment.
The manager is very polite and is an asset to St Catherine’s.
The staff are very friendly and caring. I have a good relationship with all the staff and am updated regularly with my mother's health.

The only negative is sometimes the laundry isn’t the best as some items have gone astray and some she has acquired. The other is long waits for answering the phone and the front door. Unfortunately, there isn’t a receptionist at the moment, and once this is resolved, I’m sure this will improve.
