The Entry. I appreciate that staff aren't always available to answer the doorbell but on the last two occasions, I have had to wait outside in the cold to be let in. A visiting relative drove over from Sutton on Sea and could not gain access as no one answered after 20 minutes. I usually end up having to ring the telephone number to ask for admission. Is there a way a doorbell could be fitted in more areas of the care home with an access button?
The refurbishment is looking good, and we look forward to seeing what happens with the outside garden space.

Refurbishments are still being completed and we are currently in discussions regarding how we can proceed with family room in the olive lounge and door access for visitors whilst still keeping our residents safe and well. We will update all families as soon as plans are made. We also welcome any ideas and feedback during relatives meetings, these dates are situated in front foyer.
