Review from G G (Granddaughter of Resident) published on 8 May 2026 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

Aalia house is a beautiful care home, decorated and designed clearly with love. The careers go above and beyond for the residents and also families of the residents. It is also clear that every member of staff loves their job & all the residents. My grandma is treat with the upmost dignity, respect, kindness and as the princess she is. As a family we couldn't be happier and sleep well at night knowing her new home is a happy one. Food smells delicious and they get amazing home cooked meals that my grandad is also invited too. Days out & activities are set daily which are so thoughtfully planned out.

Review from Malcolm G (Husband of Resident) published on 28 April 2026 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

Top quality care home. Management and caring staff are excellent. There is a constant care in place. None of the residents are over looked, there is always someone in attendance. From what I have seen the food is well prepared and well cooked and served with the utmost respect for the residents. There is always afternoon tea and biscuits. The bedroom is immaculate with an on suit toilet. There is a hairdresser service, chiropodist on regular intervals. Can't think of a better place.

Overall Experience
My mum spent 3 months as a resident in this lovely care home. She was very well looked after by a friendly and very caring team.
The care home is nicely decorated and very clean. There is a cosy feel about it. The lovely little courtyard and coffee shop were an absolute bonus during the summer

The manager is super and all the team do a great job every day. As a family, we can’t thank them enough for rehabilitating Mum after a long hospital stay and helping us to get her home again.
