From the front-of-house team to the care team, everyone is friendly, caring, compassionate and patient. They understand how to support Dad with his Alzheimer's and always treat him with kindness and dignity. They have made what is a difficult and confusing time for Dad much easier for both him and us. They keep me regularly updated and always call if there is ever a problem, which gives me great reassurance and means so much to me and our family. Dad can be resistant to having a shower because he becomes confused and scared, but a stand out moment recently was when Lou persuaded him and managed to turn it into an enjoyable and fun experience. In fact, Lou emerged wetter than Dad! Hearing Dad laughing throughout was absolutely lovely and really showed the care, patience and understanding Lou had for him in that situation. Thank you to every member of the team for everything you do for Dad. Your kindness, patience and dedication make such a difference, and I am incredibly grateful.

I have been visiting a resident of Arplemere since January 26, from the minute you walk in it has a warm homely feeling and a high level of cleanliness.
The staff are always very helpful and welcoming, there is a choice of meals on the menu for the residents and they cater for individual needs.

I have also had the pleasure to attend some of the occasions when there has been entertainment on as well as the brilliant day at the Summer Fayre , it was so lovely to see the residents and families enjoying themselves, and it has not gone unnoticed the care and support shown by the staff.

My auntie is resident at Arplemere and I was truely taken back by the facilities and care that she receives. Me and my family always feel so welcome when we visit and are offered drinks and food as though we were residents ourselves. Its very comforting to know my auntie is comfortable and well looked after.

I visited a friend at Arplemere care home in June. Her family had arranged to use the cinema room and watch a film. The room is stunning plenty of space and comfortable chairs. We then went for afternoon tea in the bar area with the rest of the family. Was such an amazing space. The staff are so friendly and caring and cannot do enough to help you and make the afternoon special. I can see why the residence love it here they all seem so happy and content.

Everything was perfect a credit to the staff and amazing place to care for elderly relatives.

I go to visit my son's mother-in-law. She has been in Arplemere since she left the hospital in January of this year. She is so well cared for. I was impressed the minute I entered the doors. It was like a five-star hotel, so clean and bright, and the staff are on hand to help you. The rooms are pleasant and easy access.

The dining tables are of a high class, the food is first class and a good menu. Well done for providing a lovely environment.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Lauren and the outstanding care she provides at the care home. From the very beginning, she has shown exceptional kindness, patience and professionalism. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable, respected and valued. Her compassionate nature and positive attitude make a real difference. It is incredibly reassuring to know that my aunt is being cared for by someone so dedicated and trustworthy. Her hard work and commitment do not go unnoticed and they are a true asset to the home. Thank you.

Arrived from Devon (where I live) and all the staff were so kind and helpful, the care home is lovely, so clean and homely.
I had a lovely talk with the girl in charge, and she answered all my questions and put me at ease.

I know my sister is getting top quality care, which makes it easier to leave her.

My Dad moved into Arplemere just before Christmas. Having digested the news that he now needed full time care and would not be able to return to his own home it was recommended that I consider this lovely care home by the social worker. After some very mixed respite experiences at other care homes in and around Warrington I was very nervous about my Dad needing full-time care. The initial visit gave me the impression that Arplemere could become his new home and just 3 days before Christmas he moved in. The welcome was amazing and he has settled in really well. I am overwhelmed by the care and kindness that my Dad has received from every member of staff. I know most of the staff by name and they are all wonderful. The facilities are amazing, the food is fantastic and 'all-in-one' price is great value for money, especially when one considers the fact that my Dad is happy and I feel he is safe and well cared for. I would like to say thank you to Laura and her amazing team

My in-laws were the first two residents in this bright, shiny, new addition to the Crystal family. The facilities are excellent, and even more importantly, the team are wonderful - courteous, engaging and professional. It's a transition for our whole family, not least the residents of course, and the Arplemere team have steered us all through it. We are all deeply appreciative.

We moved my dad into Arplemere from another care home and from the outset, Laura the Manager and Danielle the Customer Relations Manager made the whole process so easy and straight forward. They were extremely professional and supportive and kept us informed along the way. On arrival, we were greeted by so many friendly and welcoming people, it felt very special indeed. I actually thought we had arrived at a 5* hotel!! The new building is beautifully designed and set out. A lot of thought has gone into making this place homely, it is a real gem and my dad absolutely loves it here. We met so many staff on our 1st day and each and everyone of them were fantastic but a big thank you goes out to Sarah who was amazing at getting my dad settled and to the brilliant chef for the fantastic lunch which we were invited to stay for. Thank you everyone xx

We cannot speak highly enough of this care home and the exceptional, bespoke care they provide to our grandma. From the moment you walk in, you're met with warmth, kindness, and genuine compassion from every member of staff. It truly feels like a home, not just a facility.
The staff go above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable, respected, and cared for as individuals. Everyone is incredibly friendly and approachable, and it's clear they genuinely love what they do. The facilities themselves are immaculate-always clean, fresh, and welcoming, which gives us great peace of mind.

We recently visited for an early Christmas celebration, and the kindness shown to our entire family was unforgettable. The staff made the day feel so special, not just for our grandma, but for all of us. A special mention must go to Lauren, Sarah, Holly, and Alex, who were absolutely exceptional-compassionate, attentive, and truly wonderful.

During what can only be described as a challenging time for our family, we couldn't feel more supported and confident that my grandad is in the right place and getting the care and support he needs. We even managed to still celebrate his 87th birthday as a family, with the sky bar decorated for the occasion, exclusive use of the room for as long as we wanted, and a lovely buffet provided for us - making it possible for us to make happy memories, and celebrate a special occasion as a family.
