Andrea has had a passion for the Care Industry for over 20 years, beginning her journey as a Health Care Assistant on a ward at Peterborough District Hospital. Her passion extended to End-of-life care in the Community when she worked nights in people's own homes, an experience she found to be an absolute honour. She then found her way to a Care Home as a Team Leader and worked her way up to become Deputy Manager and then Manager.
Andrea's vision for Barton Manor Care Home is to give all its residents the highest quality care in a beautiful, relaxing family atmosphere. The team she is recruiting share this same vision and are eager to continue their work. The motto they have adopted is 'We work in your home, you do not live in our work space'.
Sarah has worked in the care industry for over 25 years and has gained experience in learning disabilities, mental health, and elderly care.
She has NVQ level 2 & 3 qualifications in health and social care and currently working towards her level 5.
Throughout her working career I have been a deputy and home manager and now working as a care manager.
Sally has a professional working history in customer service and business operations, managing and running a dental practice for the past 5 years.
She is passionate about providing great customer service and takes pride in doing things properly and making sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable in their environment.
As the front of front-of-house manager at Barton Manor, Sally is looking forward to building an excellent quality of service and creating an atmosphere of high standards. She is excited to be a part of developing a great team that will make Barton Manor the place to be.
