Barton Manor is a beautiful new home, the facilities are modern and it's spotlessly clean - easily comparable to hotel standards. It's light and airy and spacious.
Most crucially, all the staff, from carers to management to front of house, are wonderful, caring, honest and diligent. Mum only stayed
for respite but we were so grateful for the support and guidance provided. What a great team. Thank you everyone.

Management and staff have been amazing. My mother-in-law came to Barton Manor after a stroke, having been in hospital for three months. The help, support and care the staff have given my mother-in-law have been outstanding. Staff have gone above and beyond with the care and support given to my mother-in-law
in her recovery. As a family, we feel very lucky to have found such a good support system looking after my mother-in-law. A big thank you also to the seniors, always on the ball with medication and appointments.

Having spent some time looking for the right care home for my mum, Barton Manor stood out as, by far, the best choice.
I can not fault Barton Manor in any way. The care Mum receives is fantastic and all staff are very proactive in recognising and addressing any needs Mum has. Senior care staff are
always on hand to talk through any concerns (normally already spotted and addressing) and always on top of any referrals to doctors, physio etc.
There is a very full, varied program of inclusive activities always taking place by a dedicated, friendly activities team, which Mum loves to join in with. A lovely variety of meals and cakes always from the catering team too!
We are always welcomed with a smile into such a happy atmosphere and happy to know Mum is in such a friendly, caring home.

Following us needing a home to place my mum for two weeks respite, we chose Barton Manor, the home and staff were helpful, caring and kind, we felt happy to leave her there in their hands. Unfortunately, she only stayed a few days as her dementia was more advanced than we realised, which was highlighted
in the change of environment. The home was honest with us, supporting us with relevant information which we could provide to another home and professionals to get her appropriate help.

I was a little worried about my Grandad going into a care home but the minute we looked around, met the staff and residents I was at ease and was feeling better about it. The day he moved in he was welcomed with such positivity and care. I enjoy visiting Barton Manor, it is a lovely home with amazing
staff and lovely residents. I'm sure he will love his time here.

Our first experience - very well laid out reception area with friendly staff on arrival.
On visiting our aunt we were made welcome - assisting us to a table with beverages.
This is a care home I would like to live in when the time comes or recommend to other families. We received a full guided tour
as it was our first visit.

I really cannot rate Barton Manor care home highly enough.
The staff go above and beyond to make sure the residents have everything they need.
As a family member I am kept informed of all medical care they receive and if there are any problems they are always there to help.

My mother is a resident at Barton Manor she was the first resident there. The staff and home are outstanding. They treat my mother with the utmost respect and the care is excellent. When we come to visit her the staff are very pleasant towards us and have always got a smile on their faces. My mother
is very happy and contented and I feel very safe in the knowledge that she is being well looked after. Well done everyone at Barton Manor.! I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone seeking placements whether it's just for respite or permanent.

From first impressions, the home was welcoming, clean and warm.
Appreciate it's new but has a homely yet luxury ambience.
Both my parents are residents with rooms opposite each other and they are very happy. Staff make them feel cared for so this has taken pressure and anxiety away from me, as their
daughter. Fabulous!

Barton Manor Care Home is a breath of fresh air. Inside is beautiful, plenty of comfortable spaces for the activities they provide and comfort if you wish to watch television or read.
The staff are amazing, they really do look after their residents so well.
It is definitely a place a place that helps
the family to relax. You know that those you love are going to be so well looked after.

Andrea has had a passion for the Care Industry for over 20 years, beginning her journey as a Health Care Assistant on a ward at Peterborough District Hospital. Her passion extended to End-of-life care in the Community when she worked nights in people's own homes, an experience she found to be an absolute honour. She then found her way to a Care Home as a Team Leader and worked her way up to become Deputy Manager and then Manager.


Andrea's vision for Barton Manor Care Home is to give all its residents the highest quality care in a beautiful, relaxing family atmosphere. The team she is recruiting share this same vision and are eager to continue their work. The motto they have adopted is 'We work in your home, you do not live in our work space'.

Sarah has worked in the care industry for over 25 years and has gained experience in learning disabilities, mental health, and elderly care.
