My review actually covers early 2024 to date whilst both my parents were living at Beeston Rise. During the time they were there the care they received was excellent from both a medical and emotional standpoint. They were both treated with respect at all times.
The caring attitude the staff show extends to family as well during some difficult times.

they were both happy during the time they spent living there and as a family we thank them for the care given

My father has never experienced being in a Care Home before and he has thoroughly enjoyed his short term stay (2 weeks respite after being in hospital)
Excellent staff, rooms and facilities

Only thing that could be improved would be ensuring that my father was up and dressed to allow him to have his breakfast at a reasonable time. On occassions breakfast was late and only an hour before lunch.

Can I thank all the staff at Beeston Rise Care Home. We (family) are astounded by how calm, relaxed, indeed happy she is after 24 hours in there. Mum (7 years' ago diagnosed with Alzheimer's) went in there agitated and confused, having previously refused to even talk of going into a care home. We felt terrible moving her into a care home, but this has dissipated given how she has settled in. Nothing else to say but 'astounding Care'. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts

My mum has recently moved in to Beeston Rise, she has a beautiful very clean en-suite room. The home itself is super clean, the furniture is lovely & feels very homely
The different food menus are great too
The managers & staff have been amazing getting my mum settled, they always greet you with a smile & say hello.
They have been great at letting me know how my mum is getting on & are very focused on her individual care needs
They have daily activities for the residents & a cinema.

I attended a community event at the Care Home - a Chinese themed meal. It was well attended and there was a good atmosphere. The quality of food was not as good as at previous events but there was plenty of it. Staff were friendly.

My wife and I visit my sister two or three times a week. She has been in Beeston Rise fir seven months and has settled well. She has a beautiful room with ensuite facilities. She has excellent rapport with the staff who are friendly, caring and approachable.

There are many in house activities to join in and entertainment on occasions. Also she enjoys weekly cinema. We are very happy that we chose Beeston Rise.

Mum seemded happy and settled when I picked her up & had formed a bond with some of the carers. This was the first time mum had experienced residential care & was for respite while we went on holiday. Beeston Rise is new & clean & very welcoming. We were able to go on holiday knowing that mum was in safe hands. Thank you. Our only minor concerns are the cost of care & that some of her favourite clothes were missing.

My parents have now been at Beeston Rise for nearly one year and during that time I cannot fault the personalised support and care they have been give. Despite difficult medical issues to deal with. We had a bad experience at a previous care home. I was contemplating home care instead. However, my son found Beeston Rise on line. We went to visit and found it to be the opposite end of the scale from the Other home. I was sure we wouldn't be able to afford it, but it turned out to be £350 cheaper per week then The other home

My mam has been there around 6 weeks with a holiday in the middle.

Room on suite brilliant
Meals are better than most hotels we have been in
Facilities brilliant cinema hairdressers spa and lovely bathrooms which I use regularly to give my mam a bubble bath which she loves
Gardens are beautiful

Always free tea and coffee along with cakes for visitors to enjoy with residents

The staff are caring and friendly and always on hand. The activities are brilliant and so much fun. I feel welcome and comfortable using the facilities with my mam

The home is so well run. Would 100% recommend. My mam has Alzheimer's her life is so much better here

My wife was in the care home for 4 weeks as respite for me following a knee replacement. I thought the care home provided was excellent. The new management team at Beeston Rise is forming a cohesive, efficient and, above all, happy atmosphere in the care home. The care staff are wonderful. They are friendly and approachable and can be seen treating the residents with dignity and respect. There are so many activities for the residents and it's lovely to see them taking part and having fun. Giving up your independence of living in your own home is hard, but the staff at Beeston Rise have welcomed Mum and helped the transition, and we are very grateful for the care she is receiving.
