After a terrible experience at another local care home, Casterbridge Lodge was a definite breath of fresh air. Managers are visible and approachable at all times. Staff are patient, very kind and amazing at their jobs. The home is very clean...
The external areas of the home are also very well maintained, and residents were encouraged to go outside to sit under umbrellas during hot weather during the summer, where they were given ice lollies and ice creams to enjoy.
