Demi has been a dedicated member of Northcare since 2019, progressing from carer to senior carer, and now proudly serving as Suite Manager. She works in our elderly frail unit, effectively managing our 25-bed unit to ensure high-quality care that meets and exceeds Health and Care Standards.
With her extensive experience, Demi brings a combination of compassion, expertise, and strong leadership to her role. She fosters a supportive and positive environment for both staff and residents, encouraging teamwork, professional development, and a culture of excellence.
Demi is deeply committed to person-centred care. She builds meaningful relationships with residents, understanding their individual needs, preferences, and routines. Her approach ensures that each resident receives care tailored to their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Angela joined Northcare in 2021 as a care assistant and developed an interest in the role of Hospitality which incorporates her caring qualities with her passion for customer service.
She developed the role of Hospitality Assistant and was promoted to Head of Hospitality thanks to her commitment and forward-thinking nature on the job.
Angela enjoys helping our residents with mealtimes and working with care staff to ensure all resident's needs are met.
Martin brings a wealth of culinary experience to Clarkston House, having honed his skills in a variety of prestigious establishments. He trained at Lanarkshire Catering School before going on to work at renowned venues such as Corinthian and Boozy Rouge. His career also includes catering for top-level football clubs, having worked with both Rangers and Celtic.
Now part of the Clarkston House team, Martin enjoys the dynamic nature of working in a care home, where every day presents new challenges and opportunities. He takes great pride in creating nutritious, high-quality meals that cater to residents' individual preferences and dietary needs. Martin has quickly become a valued member of the team and is committed to enhancing the dining experience for everyone at Clarkston House.
Pauline joined Northcare in 2022 and is an exceptional member of the team. Pauline has vast years of experience working within both frail and elderly and dementia suites. Pauline's smile lights up any room she enters and our residents love her.
Pauline is a perfectionist and thrives in delivering an extremely high level of care to each and every one of our residents within Clarkston House.
Deborah joined Northcare in 2022 and is an extremely valued member of the team at Clarkston House.
Deborah has worked in elderly care for a number of years, previously working out in the community supporting clients, but decided it was Clarkston House where she wanted to continue her work.
Deborah mainly works in our dementia suite where she has a fantastic rapport with all our residents and their families.
Deborah delivers the highest standard of person-centred care and adapts her way of working tailored to each resident's needs.
Grace is the Front of House Administrator for Clarkston House.
