My 94 year old Mum was in Coronation House for a month's respite care/rehab following a fall at home and also 2x hospital stays. From the very first phone call and then the initial meeting at my mum's house, we knew that Coronation House was going to be good for our family. During her stay, we were
all impressed by the care given and the friendliness of all staff. It was lovely to be able to visit our Mum at any time, and also to be able to make tea/coffee whilst there. My mum had initially been resistant to staying, but agreed in the end that it was a lovely place and that the care given was excellent. Thank you!

My parents were really looked after at Coronation house whilst enjoying some well needed respite. The staff were friendly, caring and always professional in their work. The residence itself is beautiful and more like a hotel than a care home. My parents are vegetarian (and fussy eaters) and they thoroughly
enjoyed the varied menu. My mother has complex medical needs that require timely medication and this was taken care of perfectly. I confidently recommend this loving care home to anyone who is looking for the very best care for their loved ones, it's amazing.

I have been hugely impressed by Coronation House. The staff show genuine care for the residents, spend time with them, encouragement do things for themselves, show signs of knowing them well individually. They are very responsive to the resident's needs. Everytime I visit (on average every 2 weeks)
some kind of activity is underway, singing, dancing, quizzes, film shows etc. The food looks very good. The rooms and decor are fantastic. The staff is very welcoming to visitors. They are clearly proud of where they work. As with the every care home I have visited, I do wonder if residents get enough vitamin D! I love the clothe labelling - v. efficient + works!

Awesome care home. Staff are very welcoming and caring. Residents are very well looked after and are very happy. The facilities are fantastic with massive gardens. So much more to do indoors with books, cinema room, games and much much more.

I can't praise the staff and management of Coronation House enough. My Mum, who is almost 93 has been made so welcome by everyone. Although Mum is only staying while we go on holiday everyone is kindness itself and I can go away knowing that I have nothing to worry about. Thank you.

My aunt was one of the earliest residents. From day one we have been impressed with the care she has received. The staff have gone out of their way to care, comfort, amuse and entertain.
This new build is great and is more like a hotel. We are very impressed! Honestly, we can't find anything that
could be bettered.

Teresa has been in the care industry for many years. She began her journey as a care assistant and gradually progressed up the care ladder, accumulating valuable experience and knowledge along the way, eventually assuming the role of home manager.
