Elm Lodge is a purpose-built 60-bed luxury residential care home set in three acres of stunning landscaped grounds within the beautiful Hampshire countryside. As part of the Forest Care group, residents at Elm lodge benefit from over 43 years of caring experience and five-star hospitality led by residents' choice in the brand-new eco-friendly facility.

Alongside luxury fully furnished bedrooms with ensuite wet rooms, courtyard, paddock or countryside views, smart TVs, telephones, complementary WiFi, and 24-hr call system, Elm Lodge has a home cinema, hair and beauty salon, café, restaurant, on-site activity and hospitality teams, a dedicated activities room, a family room, and multiple communal lounges and break-out areas. From the start of our journey, being shown around, it has been so lovely, staff are so caring and so thoughtful, nothing is too much trouble for them. They are all so supportive. The food is excellent and its so clean and fresh there. Thank you all at Elm Lodge. The journey is a tough one but the staff
help you through it.

Since my mother arrived at Elm Lodge, the management team and staff have been thoughtful, very caring, patient, with nothing being too much trouble with anything Mum has requested. The facilities are very special, along with the whole team. We are very happy with all aspects of Mum's care. What a find!

The Elm Lodge team are superstars and constantly go above and beyond to care for my Mum. They recently pulled out all the stops so that she could attend my Brother's wedding. We were therefore incredibly lucky to have her there and she starred in all of the photos, which is incredible as she's wheelchair-bound
and doesn't speak very often now due to her Alzheimer's. She was smiling all day, which is the best possible outcome. I just want to say a huge thank you, to all the staff, for your continued, unwavering care. Mum is a better person for being where she is. I cannot rate Elm Lodge highly enough - you don't need to look anywhere else if you're on the journey to find care for your loved one.

I have visited many care homes with, and for, family and friends, over many years. The Lodge has proved to provide all that we required for my husband... a calm environment, genuine warmth between residents and carers, many opportunities for residents to be independent and make their own decisions,
ie - free movement inside/outside the building, choice of activities each day, choice of all meals each day, and a choice to join 'day out' trips. Above all this, the care all residents receive every day is outstanding!!

From the moment we first visited Elm Lodge, we have been extremely impressed with the quality, standards and care provide by all the management and staff. We feel Elm Lodge reflects the services within a five star hotel. Our resident friend is happier, healthier, eating much better and totally content
with 'her new home'. She has an enthusiastic zest for life which prior to moving to Elm Lodge, she had lost completely. We cannot thank all the staff for all they have done in achieving this. We visit frequently and are always made to feel extremely welcome with delicious beverages and cakes always available for residents and their guests. We cannot praise the Elm Lodge Management and staff enough for their professionalism, experience, dedication and kindness.

Elm Lodge is a lovely residential care home in beautiful grounds. I cannot praise the staff enough, they are kind, caring, attentive and always ready to help whenever they can. My husband enjoys the trips out and the entertainment that is brought in. Friends and relatives are always welcomed and are
able to meet up with the resident in very pleasant lounges.

We had become a little dissatisfied with the care home my 95 year old mum was in so when we saw Elm Lodge was opening, we booked a visit. We were very impressed with everything; the location; the facilities; and the staff. We felt even more positive after subsequent visits and my mum's visit and assessment
so we decided to move her to Elm Lodge. It could not have gone better. From the welcome pack the home provided to the staff welcoming mum we felt confident we had made the right decision. We have seen a marked improvement in my mother. Whilst before the move she preferred to sit in her room now she wants to socialise and loves going out. Much of this is down to the staff, all of whom are very caring, friendly and supportive. The home have arranged for mum Mum gets her hair done weekly, the fees of which are covered by the monthly fee. The facilities are superb and mum has enjoyed use of the spa bath.

We recently moved our Mum from another local care home to Elm Lodge and within less than a week we saw a huge difference in her. She is well cared for, smiling constantly and the staff are just the most incredible people. They treat the residents as they would their own relatives. Their passion for
their jobs is clear. Nothing is too much trouble and they go over and above to accommodate all requests. We were worried that a change in care home would rock Mum's world and it has but for all the right reasons, she is so much happier, looks healthier thanks to the wonderful chefs and is thriving in her new environment. The location is perfect and has the most wonderful views across fields and the gardens. I cannot recommend Elm Lodge enough.

Elm Lodge Care Home is an outstanding care home, I moved my elderly mother from a care home that was part of a large group to Elm Lodge, and find that its very luxurious, with a very relaxed atmosphere, the staff are excellent , and you can see they really care for the residents, my mother tells me
the food is very good. She now gets regular activities, and seems a lot happier.

I came here at very short notice when my wife died unexpectedly and I needed respite. Since I arrived, I have been extremely well looked after and I cannot praise the management and staff highly enough. I shall ask to come back here in a couple of years when I need more care/help.
