Lisa joined Elm Lodge in August 2024 as our Home Administrator. She is responsible for the day-to-day running of our home, supporting our Home Manager Kara and the team. Lisa has over 6 years of experience in the care industry and is a hard-working, enthusiastic individual who is passionate about looking after our residents, their families, and our staff. Lisa is a kind, compassionate individual and always puts the needs of others ahead of her own.
Charlie joined Elm Lodge in August 2024 as our Care Supervisor. He is a dedicated individual with a passion for supporting residents and their families through their journey. Charlie is passionate about person-centred care and helps to coordinate services, manage care plans and ensure our residents receive outstanding care.
Sarah joined Elm Lodge in August 2024 as our Wellbeing Coordinator. Sarah is responsible for the well-being of our residents and works closely with our local GP, Mental Health Services, District Nurses and other multi-disciplinary teams to ensure our residents receive the very best care. Sarah has over 4 years of experience and is passionate about elderly care.
Niranjan joined the Elm Lodge team in September 2024, having worked as a Head Chef for more than 10 years. His passion for cooking is unrivalled. Niranjan and his dedicated team are an integral part of Elm Lodge’s operations, providing the catering for Elm Lodge’s internal and external events, from meetings and exhibitions to gala dinners, banquets, and special family occasions, alongside the day-to-day running of The Hartley Restaurant.
Alex joined the Elm Lodge team in August 2024 as our Hospitality Manager. He is passionate about food and nutrition and has a great eye for detail. Quality of food is a top priority at Elm Lodge and Alex and his team ensure our residents receive outstanding food, catering for personal preferences and specific dietary requests.
Mark is our Maintenance Manager at Elm Lodge, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all residents, staff, and visitors. With over 15 years of experience in building management, Mark oversees the upkeep of the building, equipment, and grounds. His attention to detail and proactive approach ensure that everything runs smoothly, creating a secure and welcoming home for residents and staff alike. Passionate about delivering high standards, Mark takes pride in contributing to the overall well-being of the community.
