Oak Lodge continues to provide the best care imaginable. My mum is safe and so well looked after. Everyone takes care all the time, everyone smiles and is willing to help, everyone continues to treat her as a person, not just a resident. I am welcomed by name every visit, and listened to properly when I have anything to say. Safe, calm and happy, mums real home.

My mother has been in Oak Lodge now for over 5 years and is very well looked after and cared for. There are always lots of activities going on and she loves the food which is excellent. We have no complaints at all and can't think of any ways to make mums stay better. We would have no hesitation in recommending Oak Lodge and have done so on a number of occasions.

Our Mum has been at Rowan Lodge for just under a year and we have been very pleased with the care she has received. The staff are amazing and it is a huge relief to know that she is happy and well cared for. Her room, and in fact the whole of the home, is always spotlessly clean and she enjoys the activities that are arranged every day. She has her own space when she needs it but company and friendship when she chooses. We are so pleased that we found this amazing place.

My beloved husband started at Oak Lodge in January 2026. as a respite. I then realized , his needs were such that he had to remain. The management bended over backwards to find him a place. His needs were great. He had dementia, was non verbal, had to be fed,dressed and washed. All these were done with kindness and respect by all the care staff .He was taken to all the activities and included in ways that he could enjoy or manage. The whole atmosphere of the place was kindness and love. All the staff from cleaners to management were happy and clearly good friends and colleagues. It was wonderful. My husband sadly contracted pneumonia a week ago and passed away yesterday. He received exemplary end of life nursing care,the thoughtful kindness and concern for his and my well being was excellent. My son and I went today to collect his belongings and everyone was full of concern and hugs. I can honestly say Oak Lodge has been my family for the past nine months. I recommend it highly.

My mother has lived at Oak Lodge for three years, having become unable to care for herself at home. I did extensive research on care homes within an hour's drive and found two that stood out. I chose Oak Lodge because it felt more like home than my other option.

Oak Lodge is beautifully appointed - it feels rather like a country house hotel. It's spotlessly clean, has just been refurbished, offers good activities for the residents, and the staff are delightful - the carers, the nurses, the activities coordinators, the chefs, the handy-people, everyone. The residents seem happy there and are well looked after.

My mother is very negative about everything and always imagines the worst. However, the Oak Lodge staff are extremely patient with her and do their best to make her happy. I can think of nowhere else where she would be looked after better.

Mam was a resident at Holly Lodge for two and a half years. Over this time, she was treated with the utmost care and compassion, especially during the last few weeks of her life. The whole team at Holly Lodge are amazing and it feels like one big family. My family and I will be forever grateful to the staff for the support and sensitivity shown throughout Mam's stay.

My mother spent the last nine months of her life in Holly Lodge. My sister and I moved her from another care home in Deepcut as we were unhappy with her care there. From day one in Holly Lodge we knew we had made the right move. Excellent activities and care that went above and beyond. All the staff up to & including management were approachable & felt like family.

Mum has been at Rowan for approx 18 months. In that time I have had nothing but praise for the overall running of the care home. The staff are attentive and caring, all client needs are taken care of including medical care. Lots of activities and a comfortable en suite bedroom. Highly recommended.

My Mum has been at Holly Lodge for over 6 months now. Settling in took quite a long time, with different challenges along the way. Staff are very welcoming when we visit, keeping us up-to-date, showing great kindness and care for Mum. We, as visitors, are always made to feel welcome and we have been able to use the 'family room' for a couple of small family gatherings. Due to Mum's condition, she isn't able to make use of all the facilities and activities put on at Holly Lodge but the staff do try and include her where appropriate.

I have visited her often and all the staff are amazing. They are taking good care of her and I know she is happy there.

My mother has been at Oak Lodge since December 2020, although she now can't do anything for herself, they treat her with the utmost respect and preserve her dignity. They ensure that she is not in her room all day, but is moved to the lounge area daily, where she can see and hear all the activities, and even where singing is involved, join in. All the staff are amazing, caring and attentive, and have absolutely no doubt that she is in the best possible hands, day and night.

All of the staff at Oak Lodge are wonderful, so friendly and caring. I cannot praise them enough. They have all helped my husband settle in and feel at home. There is such a lovely atmosphere. They have also given me the confidence that he is very well cared for. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you to Grace and all the team.

My mum has been a resident here for the past year, and the difference in her is truly phenomenal. From the moment she arrived, the team welcomed her with warmth, kindness and genuine compassion. The level of care she receives every single day, has made such a positive impact on her wellbeing and happiness. The staff treat residents with real dignity and respect, taking time to understand each person individually. Knowing mum is in a safe, supported, happy and surrounded by such dedicated people means the world to our family.

Elm Lodge is beautifully acquainted with very kind and attentive staff. My mother settled in and enjoys herself. All her needs are met and the team are incredibly helpful. Always excellent communications between the team and myself to ensure that all my mothers needs are met.
