Very lovely home.
As an NHS professional with high standards, I cannot recommend Eversley Lodge enough. When my aunt urgently needed end-of-life care, they came to our rescue, providing an immediate sense of welcome and calmness.
The leadership and administration were exemplary. Danielle (Manager) took the time for a meaningful conversation about their specialist care, while Jess (Reception) guided us compassionately through the hospital transfer.
The building is outstanding, but the thoughtful touches truly blew us away. They light a candle as a sign of respect for those passing and we were able to stay at the home and by our aunt's side throughout.
Care planning was seamless, involving the local GP and ensuring our aunt's safety and comfort. Every shift of the fab nursing staff were deeply caring and supported both my aunt and our family. Though she was only there for a few days, she was genuinely at peace. Eversley Lodge is the best nursing home you could ever hope to find
This is wonderful review, thank you so much. We are proud of the hard work and dedication the team shows on a daily basis. We are really pleased we were able to facilitate admission in place where person cenetred care is at the forefront and caring for relatives is also important.
My husband spent 3 weeks respite care here whilst my family were on holiday. We visited several times before going away, so my husband and staff got to know each other. We were always made to feel very welcome, and the staff were very understanding and helpful with my husband. We were invited to Sunday lunch as a family the day before we flew. During his stay, they phoned us so we could talk to him. The staff, food and everything were amazing. Have recommended the home to several friends.
Thank you for your wonderful review, we look forward to welcoming back for further Respite stays when needed. I shall pass on your thanks to the staff team .
Eversley Lodge staff from kitchen, to house keeping, to care and management staff, you all rock! You all care not just because it's your job, you all show genuine empathy, understanding and care for us friends and families, you make difficult conversations bearable. Your home is clean, well kept and well managed, your food menus is varied, well presented and tasty. Your activities are awesome, and as are your invite the public days. Your nursing team, care staff and your handyman is so helpful and sweet.
Wonderful to hear such postive feedback for the love and care that is shown daily here at Eversley Lodge. Our main goal is to ensure people live happily, and are cared for in a way that is meaningful and person centred. Thank you for your review, it really means everything to us.
The care is offered in a kind, considered way. The management team are very professional but most of all caring very welcoming. The menu is great and this can easily changed. Visitors are welcome to join. I have enjoyed lunch there.
Activities are varied. You can choose to join in or not.
There was one small issue encountered but once raised was quickly addressed.
If this standard can be maintained I would definitely recommend.
Thank you for your review, we are pleased you are happy with service we provide, and we are always happy for feedback to imporve and do better.
My experience of Eversley has been truly positive, defined by genuine care and a deeply welcoming atmosphere. The support my father receives, at any time day or night, it is consistently professional, respectful and kind, which brings great reassurance to our family. What stands out most is the warmth of the team. Their kindness extends not only to my father but also me and every visitor who comes to see him, especially the family dog. While the interior of the lodge is bright, airy and tastefully furnished, the true beauty of Eversley lies in the atmosphere the staff create.
Thank you for your feedback and wonderful review. We are thrilled that Dad is happy and feels cared for here at Eversley Lodge. We are very proud of the kind and caring team, and will be sure to pass on these lovely words.
The staff go above and beyond in every sense. They don't just care for her needs - they care for her. They support us too, offering reassurance, kindness and understanding during what can be such an emotional time. Knowing she is surrounded by people who genuinely care brings us comfort that is impossible to put into words.
It's clear that this team gives their hearts to what they do. The warmth, patience and respect they show is something truly special, and we will forever be thankful for the way they look after her and all of us. She is safe, loved and valued - and that is everything.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to every member of staff
Thank you so much for your lovely words, it is greatly appreciated and i will be sure that the whole team are informed.
Beautiful establishment, very modern. My first time in respite care and more than pleasantly surprised with all dimensions of the care and welfare bestowed on the patients. Like all places in this field they will have to accommodate staff shortages and I saw the versatility of their in staff on a few occasions. My score is 10/10. 5 gold stars and my heartfelt thanks.
We are extremely pleased you enjoyed your Respite stay with us, and look forward to your return. I will be sure to pass on your thanks to all the staff team.
This is entirely due to the wonderful staff and the lovely environment.
They show such care and real patience listening to my father (whose speech is very poor). He even had a bath whilst there and still says how tasty chef Danny's lasagne was !
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, as well as for expressing your kind words. It was an absolute pleasure to help care for your Dad, we are looking forward to him returning for further respite care in the future.
A member of staff helped with signing me in after confirming my identity (I was very impressed with that as I could have been anyone) and then showing me to a gorgeous seating. Not only was I offered tea or coffee but cake and or biscuits, wow. I was made to feel really welcome and I was only a visiter.
The atmosphere was so homely it was like walking into a friend's house. It was no wonder my dear friend was happy being there. All the staff spoke to residents like they were friends or relatives, also comforting when your loved ones are there. I still visit for activities and fund raising events where residents enjoy taking part
We pride ourselves in delivering exceptional care and support to our Residents, as well as supporting staff in their development. Thank you for your kind review, it is very much appreciated.
I just wanted to share how truly impressed I am with everything at your care home. The management team is outstanding, approachable, dedicated, and genuinely invested in creating the best possible environment for residents. The staff are equally incredible, treating every person in their care with patience, dignity, and such genuine warmth.
The home itself is absolutely stunning, but what makes it exceptional is the atmosphere your team creates. There is such a homely, welcoming feel from the moment you walk in. The events, activities, and thoughtful touches you all arrange go so far beyond basic care: they bring joy, connection, and meaning to every day.
As a nurse myself, I recognise real skill and compassion when I see it. The level of professionalism, heart, and teamwork here is a true credit to the nursing profession. Yes, the facilities are beautiful, but it's the beautiful people behind the care who make this home extraordinary.
Wow, thank you for this kind and wonderful review. It is lovely to know you are happy with your visits to Eversley Lodge Nursing Home.
My husband had two weeks of respite care in Eversley Lodge. Staff were attentive to his needs and very caring. I did not need to worry about his well being knowing he was well looked after and safe. Would recommend Eversley Lodge Nursing Home.
Your lovely feedback is very much appreciated, and we are really looking forward to your Husband returning when required. We are really pleased he enjoyed his stay. Thank you so much.
Really lovely environment, modern, bright, stylish and comfortably furnished. Eversley Lodge feels more like an inviting hotel. The staff are excellent! Friendly, welcoming, kind and empathetic whilst being subtly aware and efficiently taking care of residents' and visitors' needs and preferences. Nothing is too much trouble! Everyone is happy and smiling. It is evident that this delightful atmosphere emanates from the very good management, and this feeds down to the staff, and all the chefs are amazing, the food is excellent!
Thank you so much for your kind comments, I will be sure to pass this onto the staff team. It is always lovely to see you at Eversley Lodge.
A wonderful nursing home. The care given to my mother has been outstanding. All the staff are so caring and compassionate. I cannot speak highly enough of the manager, her assistants, nurses and carers. Also, the chefs who prepare delicious and nutritious meals. They do everything possible to ensure that the residents are happy and well cared for. I am sorry that her time there will be brief due to poor health; the entire team could not have done more for her.
We are grateful for your kind words, and loved caring for Mum. It was a pleasure, and we take comfort in knowing how happy Mum was, and you too with the level of care. I will be sure to pass this on to the team.
From the moment my sister and I visited, we knew this was the place we wanted our dad, who had the later stages of pancreatic cancer, to spend his remaining few days. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The nursing and support care our dad received were second to none. The staff's kindness and compassion knew no bounds. Dads room was clean and very quiet which is exactly what he had craved for in hospital. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will miss you all particularly hearing a member of staff singing 'you are my sunshine' with dad. A memory to cherish.
Thank you so much for your kind words, i know the team will be grateful for these. We are really pleased Dad was settled, and cared for in a way that was person centred to him.
My mother really enjoyed her 2 week restbite stay. All staff were amazing and so caring, nothing was to much trouble. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Fabulous facilities and entertainment programme. Would definitely recommend.
Thank you for such a wonderful review, we are super pleased Mum enjoyed her Respite stay and we look forward to welcoming her back if required in the future.
Mum came in for respite care but within four days had decided she wanted to move in permanently she loves it so much. Every member of the team smiles warmly all the time and encourages Mum to remain independent where she can and offer assistance where needed. I can truly say that Mum has blossomed since coming to Eversley Lodge, loves to join in with the daily activities and has repaired some of her lost confidence. It's marvelous to see.
It is an absolute pleasure to help provide care for Mum, it means so much to all of us that you can see an overall improvement. Thank you so much for your lovely review, I will share it with the staff as they will be so happy to hear this!
My review is based on having 101 year old mother be in the Everseley home. The report I give is an honest opinion of myself and how the care team are looking after my mother having had a stroke.
Thank you for your positive feedback and review! We love looking after your Mum and take pride in the fact yourself and Mum are happy living at Eversley
We found this lovely nursing home when my dad was to be discharged from the hospital and required round-the-clock care. We have not been disappointed! Each and every member of staff have showed the utmost love and care and attention to my dad and his family. They are all angels! We are so happy in the knowledge that our dad has all the loving care he needs and deserves. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone. Our dad is safe and could not be better looked after.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Dad is a pleasure to care for and makes our days brighter too. We are thrilled that you are happy with the care and support he receives.
From the moment my mother-in-law went in she has been wrapped in comfort and care. The team have gone out of their way to make her feel relaxed, safe, welcome and cared for. The home feels like a lovely luxury family-run hotel and we feel very happy that she's being so well cared for, as she deserves. The place is beautifully appointed and supported by excellent, friendly and professional staff. My mother-in-law is so much happier here than home alone, and eating so well.
