Based in Nuneaton, Holly Grange House offers round-the-clock dementia care, residential living, respite services and compassionate palliative care.
Support is designed around individual care plans, encouraging independence while providing consistent professional assistance.
The home features bright communal spaces, a cinema room, café and on-site salon. Bedrooms are well-appointed and include private en-suite bathrooms for added comfort.
Close to the town centre, residents enjoy access to secure gardens and a diverse schedule of events, hobbies and local visits.
Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge. Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

I just wanted to feedback separately on my experience but in no way wanted to reflect the excellent care Grandad has received. I work in professional services and must say I have found the onboarding process frustrating. There does not appear to be a clear record on who to contact/contact details/and in what circumstances the person is to be contacted. I have received calls to my work mobile twice, a number I have never provided, emails of updates to my work email and various emails/forms which have been unclear and provided without clear context. I think the way new patients/families are onboarded should be reviewed to avoid frustration for other families. The team have all been great and I have no issues with anyone but the process needs consideration.

My family and I were really impressed with the care from the first visit. All of the staff and management were very welcoming and made us feel relaxed and happy to be there. My brother, on taking him there, was equally happy and has settled in brilliantly and he loves it. The physio that has been done with him has helped enormously. It is a huge privilege that families trust us to care for their loved ones. Holly Grange House is a friendly and happy home with a wonderful atmosphere.
Before my current role, I was a care manager here. Being able to progress to home manager has been such a highlight and makes the most of my master’s degree in leadership in healthcare.
We have a strong team here, and collaboration is important to ensure we deliver dynamic, person-centred care. Being able to empathise deeply is also essential, while also understanding how we can provide the support needed on a practical level. As with any leadership role, you need to be professional, be a good communicator and be reliable.
I am really proud of Holly Grange House, and we all work incredibly hard to make sure everything runs smoothly. It is important to me that all residents and colleagues feel safe and supported here.
In my spare time, I enjoy paddleboarding and photography. I also like to go on long walks in the Peak and Lake District.
