Hyllden Heights Care Home is truly outstanding and beautifully decorated to a very high standard. The stunning bespoke furniture and wonderful facilities has been carefully considered for the residents! The staff are extremely professional, caring, friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. The
rooms are light and airy allowing it to feel very welcoming and I can relax knowing my mother is surrounded by the best care.

We are absolutely delighted with the care my mother receives at Hyllden Heights. She has flourished with their kind, warm and loving, professional care. The stimulation her brain is receiving from all the charming staff has meant her conversation and concentration has improved dramatically since she
moved there two months ago. She is happy, laughing and smiling, whenever we visit. The nursing care is second to none and minor, intelligent adjustments to her medication have resulted in her being much less tired and much more interested in life. I cannot recommend the care home too highly. Excellent value for money too. I only wish I could mention all the staff by name as they are all upbeat, patient and wonderful with both my mother and all our family and friends who visit. Truly exceptional!

I was very pleasantly surprised when I first walked into Hyllden Heights. the reception area was tastefully decorated and the staff very welcoming. It gave the impression of a five star hotel rather than a care home and later having looked around the building. I thought the facilities were excellent
staff have always been very happy and the coffee area near reception ensure a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere when visiting. I can't recommend Hyllden Heights more highly.

Very pleased with how well Dad has happily settled into the home. We cannot fault the service and care provided, and we enjoy our regular visits. The staff and facilities are excellent.

Although I have been an acute trauma and orthopaedic nurse of 47 years in the RAF and NHS, I made the voluntary transition into the care sector seven years ago following a short career break when my father became unwell. This has been a very rewarding career move, resulting in me taking on the General Manager role at Hyllden Heights in March 2025. Our assurance to you is that the team at Hyllden Heights will always put the resident central to everything we do. Our ethos and core values are care, standards, respect and mindfulness, but more than anything, we are family.

I joined Oakland Care in October 2019 at our Lambwood Heights Care Home in Chigwell and have since gone from strength to strength. I have over seven years of experience working in the Social Care sector, previously as a Paramedic Nurse in my home country of Romania. I am passionate about working in Social Care as it allows me to ensure our residents are safe, and cared for and all their care and clinical needs are met. I also enjoy the interaction with our residents and relatives on a daily basis. I am passionate about my work as I can help people in need to live a happy, safe and independent life where everyone is treated individually, and their quality of life is maintained. Ensuring the residents have a smile on their faces makes my day. When I joined Oakland Care, I was instantly welcomed into the family, and I love coming to work every day.
