Fee's are based depending on room type and location within Kingsacre Care Home (e.g garden view, patio access). All of the above is included in your standard fees.
In addition, if a care seeker has been qualified by Social work services as not having funds to meet private fee's, a negotiable top fee up can be paid by the family/power of attorney to secure a room within Kingsacre Care Home if this is your desired choice of home (terms and conditions apply).

I reside at Kingsacre as a resident, I have been here for 6 months. I am finding my experience pleasant, staff are friendly and cannot do enough for me. Kingsacre is very good and clean and has lovely views. I would highly recommend Kingsacre, there is never a dull moment.

We have worked very closely with the Care Inspectorate and met all requirements and areas for improvement made from their findings. We continue to learn from the feedback provided and will share this with the team to make improvements. We have also responded to the review published on the 7th of June 2022 and the 15th June 2022 which relates to your Grandmothers stay.

I would like to apologise that this is the experience that you have had with the care home as this is not what we would hope for as we always strive to do our best. We have worked very closely with the Care Inspectorate to quickly resolve identified areas for improvement. These have now all been met and the care inspectorate are happy with the steps put in place. We constantly strive to improve our service and outcomes for residents and where there have been lessons learned, these have been shared with the team.

I don't live in the UK, it's very hard for myself and family to put Mum into care. I am happy to go home now after seeing how well she is treated. The lounge and dining room are good size, where everyone is included. You can also walk in at any time.

My Mum moved to Kingsacre Luxury Suites in October 2019. We, as a family have been very happy with the care and love shown to Mum. As expected it takes time to settle into a new environment and with a diagnosis of dementia and the start of new medication, it really does take time. But, I am happy to say Mum is settled in and the Kingacre staff are an extended family. It's a beautiful care home, lovely ensuite rooms, good facilities, plenty of good food and snacks, a gorgeous setting and a great team of professional staff.

My sister went into Kingsacre at the start of July. I am pleased to say she settled well into her new home surroundings. The staff are welcoming, keep her motivated active and have made her feel happy. Communication is great and I am kept up to date with all of my sisters' routines. My sister has not been there long but straight away I knew she would be happy and well looked after. There is so much stimulation from Bingo, coloring, TV, dominos, singing and dancing, all of the things she loves to do. I look forward to when the doors will be open for me to visit inside.

Our father was very fortunate to be allocated a place in Kingsacre a few weeks after it opened in 2019. Like any new environment, it took him a good few weeks to actually settle. During that period, our family witnessed genuine acts of kindness and professionalism from every single member of staff. The ‘Open Door’ policy was particularly helpful in those early days and enabled us to form lasting relationships with the team. The quality of the accommodation is 5* - from the bedrooms to the common areas. Pre Covid19, there were daily activities tailored, where possible, to the interests of the residents. Parties were arranged for birthdays, Easter, Halloween, Christmas etc and an invitation was always extended to family members. We have some fabulous photos showing dad enjoying himself. In summary, Kingsacre is a wonderful care home with amazing staff. Dad has been at his happiest this past year and now regards Kingsacre as his home and the staff his extended family.

Home Manager with over 20 years of experience working in care. Sandra has a true passion for older adult care and started in Kingsacre in February 2025 as a Deputy Manager before being promoted to Home Manager in October 2026.
Laura joined Kingsacre in August 2023. She has a wide knowledge of the care sector and has been working as a care home administrator since 2017.
Janice joined Kingsacre in July 2023 to cover Aimee’s maternity leave. Janice has extensive experience in reception and administration in both the financial and charity sectors.
Julie started in Kingsacre in 2020 and commenced her nurse training at the same time. Julie started working as a nurse in the care home as soon as she got her NMC PIN; she has a real passion for caring for the elderly.
