Hello, thank you for your review and comments. I would agree the change in the management in the care home has been a concern, however, our new manager is making a great impact in the care home and has joined us with over ten years of care home experience and starting to provide a consistent approach for residents and their loved ones. The manager will continue to organise regular resident/relative meetings to build up relationships.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for your review. It is our pleasure to be caring for your mum and delighted she has settled in the home.
