For Victoria, her passion for care runs in the family. She was inspired to join the care industry by her mother, who has dedicated her life to working in senior care. Victoria’s warm and empathetic nature ensures she effortlessly guides families through the process when enlisting care services, bringing ease and reassurance during what is often an emotional time. Her extensive knowledge, practical approach and calm personality make her well-equipped to find solutions to every care enquiry, even the most complex requirements.
A passionate “foodie”, Victoria loves dining at the best restaurants and can often be seen sampling the Loveday menus with Members. She looks forward to enjoying tea with you soon!
Mark Chakravarti has more than 25 years of experience across hospitality and healthcare. His career includes senior roles with organisations such as Barchester, Sunrise and Bupa, where he managed multiple care residences and achieved an Outstanding CQC rating. He began his career in hospitality with leading venues including the Royal Academy and National Gallery, and holds a Master’s in Finance and Corporate Strategy.
At Loveday, Mark oversees the operations at Belgravia and Kensington, focusing on maintaining high standards of care and service. He works closely with teams to ensure Members’ comfort and wellbeing remain at the centre of daily life. Outside work, Mark plays cricket for Hertfordshire and enjoys tennis and time outdoors.
Combining her background in Architectural Engineering with a passion for mental well-being, Pooja Tanwar brings a unique perspective to her role as Lifestyle Partner at Loveday Kensington. She designs person-centred programmes that blend creativity, purpose and care, ensuring every Member feels valued and engaged. Her proudest achievements include community exhibitions celebrating the power of art and connection. Beyond work, Pooja enjoys large-scale painting, creative projects and seeking out new adventures.
With over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Sunaina has spent her career leading front-of-house operations in five-star hotels, including managing a 329-bedroom property. Her passion for people and service excellence led her to Loveday, where she combines her hospitality expertise with a long-held interest in care. During the pandemic, she volunteered with the NHS, which deepened her desire to work in an environment centred on human connection and purpose.
As Hospitality Manager at Loveday Kensington, Sunaina oversees the residence’s hospitality operations and supports the wider team, ensuring every detail contributes to Members’ comfort and happiness. Known for her hands-on leadership and belief in kindness, she motivates her team through example and takes pride in delivering the refined, person-centred experience Loveday is known for. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, gardening and helping neighbours in her local area.
Having worked in professional kitchens since the age of 16, Sam brings more than a decade of culinary experience within the care sector and a strong foundation in hospitality. A graduate of Westminster Kingsway College with a Professional Chef Diploma, he has gone on to earn multiple accolades, including National Care Chef of the Year (2017) and finalist positions in the NACC National Care Chef of the Year competition.
As Head Chef at Loveday Kensington, Sam is responsible for creating nutritious, seasonal dishes that reflect Members’ individual preferences and enhance their daily experience. His focus is on quality, creativity and consistency, ensuring every meal meets the highest standards of taste and presentation. Outside of work, he enjoys live music, film, travel and time with friends.
