Job Title: Registered Manager Joined: 2025

Hi, I'm Katie Romero-Bennett, Unit Manager at Miller House. I began my role at Miller House in September 2025 and have thoroughly enjoyed my journey so far. Since starting, I have continued to develop and strengthen my skills and knowledge within the role.

I am a qualified nurse, having trained at Salford University in 2008. I started my nursing career at Salford Royal Foundation Trust, working on the Cardiology unit for seven years before moving to the high dependency unit, where I spent a further five years.

After this, I progressed into management roles in care homes and have gained valuable experience working closely with CQC and supporting homes in challenging periods.

I am deeply committed to delivering high-quality care and building strong relationships with residents and their families. I look forward to welcoming you to Miller House.
