My brother has a complex range of needs and has been in and out of hospital and temporary care for a few years. He secured a permanent place at Arden Court and it is truly the first place where he he feels 'at home.' The facility is extremely clean, tidy and professionally run. The rooms are of high
quality, as are the meals and general catering facilities. There are also numerous family events organised which give a great sense of community and bonding opportunities From the first day we arrived my brother and our family were made to feel welcome, valued and included in all decisions. Residents are are dealt with respectfully and with dignity. They address all of his medical, physical and emotional needs - and we have noticed a great improvement in his general demeanor and well being since he has been resident at Arden Court. I can't express enough how caring and professional the staff and managers have been toward us. Personal experience is a great indicator of excellence.

Laburnum House is a very welcoming environment. The staff are professional, kind, patient and have a sense of humour. They treat residents with respect e.g. ensuring curtains are drawn when getting changed etc, that guests are not in the general main room for meal times etc. They try to give homely
touches to residents rooms. At a recent BBQ it was great to see a real range of guests including children and animals. It was nice to see families of the staff. You feel that they all genuinely like and get along well with each other. They have treated our parents with kindness and dignity.

I just wanted to share my experience of Abbotsbury Care Home, Southport, where my wife is staying. It has been a very positive experience. The staff are lovely, kind, friendly and always happy to help. It is clear they really care about the residents, not just in a professional way, but in a genuinely
warm and personal way. It's such a relief knowing my wife is in good hands. The home is clean, cosy and doesn't feel clinical. The communication with the staff has been great, always happy to answer questions and provide updates.
