Caring staff, always there and helpful. The outsourced fitness sessions are engaging with the residents and very interactive. They create a great atmosphere with the residents. Staff very friendly and willing to help.

Really nice visit. Jean looks very comfortable and calm. Staff are all friendly and welcoming, which clearly emanates from the top, as Lindsay and the team create a very positive caring environment. Thank you.

My Mum has been in Acacia Court for over 4 years and is extremely well cared for. Whenever I visit the staff are very welcoming and I can see that they really understand my Mum's needs and know what makes her engage and smile. Thought has been given to her needs and the manager, Lyndsey, quickly recognised how her bed could be improved to keep her safe. I happened to be visiting when the personal trainer arrived. What an amazing guy! The whole atmosphere changed as he personally ensured all residents were involved in a very enthusiastic manner. My Mum is certainly very settled and I couldn't ask for more.

My mum was taken into beech house in November last year and I can honestly say it was the best decision for us as a family mum has mixed dementia and the care she has received is fantastic the staff are well trained and mum is so well looked after and we are reassured she is happy there. I just want to say a massive thank you to all the staff and manager.

My Mum has been in Beech House for the last 9 months and I cannot fault the care she is receiving on a daily basis. The manager and all the staff at Beech House are exceptional in the way they care for everyone in there, most of whom have some form of Dementia. Myself and my family have got peace of mind knowing that Mum is being well looked after. Mum loves the food, the activities and has made some good friends in there. She is really happy and that makes us happy. Thank you Kelly and all the excellent staff.

I think that at times (meal times) the staff should have staggered times. Overall, the staff you have look after my wife very good. I have no regrets to the way my wife is looked after. The lady is who is in charge of Miller House will always try to do her best and listen to you.

The staff are amazing with my Mum and show they care about her, making sure she has everything she needs and are great with us when we visit.The communication between staff and us is great and we know we can contact them anytime.

Love going in to hampton court, staff are so lovely and dedicated, my mum banters with them all and she is so happy, they are like our family, residents are happy, only thing I will say is that the staff deserve more money

Mum struggled to settle at first.

Everyone is lovely when we visit and Mum has finally stopped asking to go home.

Mum has had a few falls and other medical issues and staff regularly keep me updated.

They went for a day out to the Garden centre; Mum really enjoyed the day out.

Dad seems happy

My uncle spent approx 3 months in Shawhouse during a complex situation. The staff were very friendly and caring towards him and he enjoyed the banter with them. Chloe and her staff always put my uncles care needs first and advocated on his behalf with other health agencies. They always keep me updated and their communication was always friendly,courteous and their care was always patient centred. We are very thankful for the care that was given to my uncle.

Excellent servvice staff are so lovley towards staff and very caring would recomend this home for demantia care my mother is veryhappy in this home as she is well cared for rooms are good and food is excellent

Since being discharged from hospital to LH at begining June it immediateley made a huge positive impact on my Mother. The manager + staff were extremely supportive to her, made every effort to get to know her difficult cognitive + physical needs, they look after her so well. Mum really enjoy the home cooked meals and eats so much better than before. Overall it has been the best move coming here for my mum and in turn it's given the family such peace of mind to know she is so well cared for. I can't thank everyone enough, words don't cover it.

Myself and family attended the Summer Fayre on Sat 8th Aug. we took Mam outside to enjoy the music (which was singers and a lovely choir) it made it special to have live singers. The whole staff, some who had come on their days off to enjoy the day were also helping the residents in their usual faultless caring way. So much effort and hard work from staff; including catering staff. It was a fabulous day. Mam loved the stalls, tombolla etc.

Leaving a loved one in residential care is never easy, but the kindness and dedication of the staff make such a difference. We are truly grateful to every single one of them for everything they do for Mum, day in and day out. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Xx.

All the staff are very caring and seem happy doing their work.

I was very reluctant for my husband to go into care but when his Alzeimers got a lot worse and I couldent manage/physically look after him 24/7, the family and his social worker arranged for him to go into Carders Court, Garfield House. He has really settled in. Well fed, looked after. The staff are excellent with him. Medically looked after by the seniors. His room is sufficient and kept clean. Would have prefered an en suite but the toilet is just outside his door. Excellent social activities. He enjoys armchair aerobics which I enjoy joining him. Also enjoys to dance which he gave up years ago. The gardens, family join him. Staff excellent with me, keep me up to date with all his medical/Drs visits. Its been the best outcome.

My mother seems to be happy here given the circumstances. She would like a more variety of food and more activities

I honestly would highly recommend Beech house and I am so grateful for the level of care and support that my grandma, myself and the rest of the family received.
