The staff here are very kind and caring. Mum is treated well and she always seems content. Although mum is very deaf and can't really take part in the activities she watches what is going on and appears to enjoy that.

I cannot praise this care home enough. The standard of care is excellent, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. They are kind, caring, patient and compassionate, always treating residents with dignity, respect and kindness. It is clear that the residents' wellbeing and happiness are a top priority. The staff work incredibly hard to create a warm, friendly and welcoming environment, giving families peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in good hands. A huge thank you to all the staff for their dedication, hard work and genuine care. Your efforts are truly appreciated. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for a place where their loved ones will be well cared for.

The staff are very good they listen if you have a concern. All in all they are all quite helpful. And good to talk to.

Both my mum and dad are residents at Abbotsbury. It is so wonderful to know that my parents are safe and cared for. The personal care and kindness shown to them is outstanding. There are different activities laid on for the residents to take part in such as painting activities, baking (my mum loves making the bread) and indoor sports. The meals provided are tasty and of a high standard and families are able to sit and enjoy a meal with their loved ones. My mum and dad enjoyed a party they held there recently and it brought tears to my eyes when I was sent a video of them dancing together. The staff got to know them really well - finding out their interests and giving them time to be listened to. It's those personal touches that helped make the transition and the decision to place my mum and dad into Abbotsbury easy. To sum it up I feel valued and cared for as well as my mum and dad and I just love visiting them there.

Attended a Macmillan coffee morning. What a lovely time we had! Cakes were absolutely delicious, all made by a lady in the kitchen. We were spoilt for choice lemon drizzle, red velvet, school cake, carrot cake and many more. Sarah + Jane did a fabulous job.

All staff are very approachable and helpful.

Altogether it seems a very good run care home. Friendly and polite from staff.

A suggestion maybe open a donation box for locals when visting family so they can make brews for there selves and fmsily take extra work load off staff. I know id be happy help donate help raise funds for the home. And staff informing next of kin if anything happens (bad)

Absolute abominable care, medication not given on time. Told carers on break (twice) so cannot take patient to toilet. No stimulation or Interaction. Safeguarding issues. Staff let you in dont ask who you are or who you are visiting. Lost clothes. Patient very unkempt. Room dirty. Communication shocking. Horrible place to see anyone in.

The home provided a party for my mum and it was excellent.

Staff willingness to help - excellent. Communication + involvement - excellent. Care + support - excellent. Understanding the needs of individuals and effort made to meet those needs - excellent. Understanding the pressures and restraints, be it financial or human resource management respond very positively. For staff - additional training in communication with a deaf person would enhance the experience of a resident and provide staff satisfaction.

Lovely staff,excellent care and good facilities. Organised lovely 90th birthday party with decorations, food,music etc.which everyone enjoyed immensely. They make the place a home from home for all their residents.

The staff are extremely caring and sensitive to my mother's needs. The building at Moss House is kept very well and is constantly been cleaned by the housekeeper. The Moss House manager is very attentive to all the residents and spends time talking to everyone by their names.

Residents looked after well. Although lack of staff on occasions leaves residents vulnerable. Sometimes after meals, the floor and clothing on residents are not cleaned up.

Whenever i visit the staff are very welcoming and make you feel at home they also take care of you offering some refreshments and up to date information

Rokewood as a care home is exceptional. The staff are so polite, helpful and some of the nicest ladies I have ever met. I feel my wife who has severe dementia is being looked after very well. I would like to give special reognition to Debs, Lauren, Zoe, Yasmeen, Becky, Eni, Florence, Gemma, Heidi, Tyler and Jill. My apologies to anyone I may have missed.

I couldn't ask for better treatment, the staff always treat me with dignity and respect, they listen to my needs, and give me full choice when it comes to the choices of food and clothing, I would recommend the home to any of my family and friends

Caring staff, always there and helpful. The outsourced fitness sessions are engaging with the residents and very interactive. They create a great atmosphere with the residents. Staff very friendly and willing to help.

Really nice visit. Jean looks very comfortable and calm. Staff are all friendly and welcoming, which clearly emanates from the top, as Lindsay and the team create a very positive caring environment. Thank you.

My Mum has been in Acacia Court for over 4 years and is extremely well cared for. Whenever I visit the staff are very welcoming and I can see that they really understand my Mum's needs and know what makes her engage and smile. Thought has been given to her needs and the manager, Lyndsey, quickly recognised how her bed could be improved to keep her safe. I happened to be visiting when the personal trainer arrived. What an amazing guy! The whole atmosphere changed as he personally ensured all residents were involved in a very enthusiastic manner. My Mum is certainly very settled and I couldn't ask for more.
