This place is brilliant ! My nana goes every day to visit my grandad and is in love with the staff there ! She wants to go there if she ever ends up in a similar situation to my Grandad. On the few occassions I have been I can see where my Nana is coming from, they really do care for the residents, its refreshing to see and good to know my Grandad is in safe hands.

My mum was admitted with a cancer diagnosis and deteriorated very quickly. The staff were amazing with both her and the family. Even though her stay was short, Mum was looked after respectfully.

The first thing I noticed about Arden Court was that it was a happy place. There was always a lovely atmosphere and the staff were always bright and smiley and brought laughter to the place. The kitchen prepared fresh healthy food, for every meal, together with extra supplements throughout the day when the tea trolly came around.
All the staff knew my mum and her requirements and the management team spoke very knowledgeably about her specifics each time I spoke to them. So not in a generic way that described the symptoms of her illness but how these presented in my mum.

There was always a busy day of varying activities and regular updates on the Cluster app which was a fantastic way of keeping up to date. The staff also worked really hard to prepare regular larger celebrations with music and food so that family members could attend creating an inclusive party atmosphere.

Hi I would like to convey to all staff at Arden Court and general public how absolutely grateful I am that my Mother Margaret , was in your care for the last 6 years of her life.
I feel that you all must be commended for your kindness , understanding and top drawer care you gave my dear Mother. The whole of Arden Court have been respectful, tolerant and flexible regarding my Mother's overall well being , health needs and social activities too.
I know that the rest of Margaret's children would agree with all this and more, as they spent more time with staff than I did.
During Margaret's declining weeks I stayed with my Mother for long periods of time and I saw for myself how very beloved she was, and she was shown every dignity, heartfelt care and compassion.
Every care and consideration was given to myself and my siblings too during this very sad time. I felt respected and listened to .

I would recommend Arden Court absolutely .

Reply from Alina Popescu, Home Manager at Arden Court

During the short time Dad spent at Arden Court, I was very happy with every aspect of his care. Staff and management were friendly and welcoming, often sharing stories with me. I had a sense they knew Dad well and had his best interests at heart. It took a lot of worry and stress away from us, and I am so glad he spent his last months in such a caring environment. Thank you.

My brother has a complex range of needs and has been in and out of hospital and temporary care for a few years. He secured a permanent place at Arden Court and it is truly the first place where he he feels 'at home.' The facility is extremely clean, tidy and professionally run. The rooms are of high quality, as are the meals and general catering facilities. There are also numerous family events organised which give a great sense of community and bonding opportunities From the first day we arrived my brother and our family were made to feel welcome, valued and included in all decisions. Residents are are dealt with respectfully and with dignity. They address all of his medical, physical and emotional needs - and we have noticed a great improvement in his general demeanor and well being since he has been resident at Arden Court. I can't express enough how caring and professional the staff and managers have been toward us. Personal experience is a great indicator of excellence.

We were lucky to get a place for my husband at Arden Court.
He needed "end of life" care, which I couldn't do at home.
The care he received at Arden was first class. The staff are fabulous.
Nothing was too much trouble. As his family, we were kept fully informed
with regard to his care. Sadly after 6 short weeks my husband passed, but
at least we knew that he had the best.

Thank you to ALL the staff

We couldn't have asked for anywhere better for my Dad as emergency respite due to Mum having a fall and unable to look after my Dad, until her injury started to heal.

He was treated with much kindness & respect as we're family who visited him, by everyone who does fantastic work at Arden Court, everyone who works here are professional & polite, very attentive to every need, he felt very safe & comfortable throughout his stay and will definitely be our first choice for future respite if there is availability. I would like to say a huge Thank you to everyone, you are all truly amazing and massively appreciated!!

My mother-in-law came into Arden Court following a lengthy hospital spell and knew she was coming to receive end of life care. As a family we came to visit a number of homes in the area and Arden was our first choice. They knew about her care, we're able to answer all our questions, show us available rooms and offer the reassurance we needed. The care given was 100% personalised and delivered with compassion, kind, genuine staff, care centred around the individual.

I am extremely grateful for all the care and support my mum had whilst living at Arden Ct. The team of carers and Nurses made her stay comfortable and well cared for. I knew that she was in safe hands which took a tremendous amount of pressure off me and the family.

We visited most days and always found the staff welcoming, positive and friendly. It was a nice environment and there was always some form of entertainment and activities for the residents and family's to participate in. My mum was in a lovely bright room with a view of the garden and it was a nice place to visit. We will always be grateful for your care. Thank you
