The standard of care at Montagu Hall is truly exceptional and the place itself is wonderfully comfortable and beautifully appointed.
The team are friendly and welcoming and has taken extremely good care of Mum.

I visit my elderly best friend although she may not remember me visiting, I very much enjoy visiting. Always made very welcome by staff (office, reception and carers). For the last three weeks I have spent many happy hours visiting Montagu Hall, each resident contributes to the warm homely environment and it has been a joy to see their individual needs met by such a professional diligent and enthusiastic team. Attention to the smallest detail makes this care home
stand proud and tall amongst others, and I credit the manager for promoting this strong work ethic. I prioritise care firstly but it is also noted that the decor is just luxurious unlike any other care home I have visited and offers cosy communal space for residents and visitors to enjoy. Fluid and food intake for every resident is electronically monitored and recorded as is all personal care, this enables staff to see daily patterns of behaviour emerge whilst ensuring the individual needs of every resident are met.
I would like to thank the manager and her team for their hard work and continued dedication I strongly recommend Montagu Hall Care Home.

My experience of Montagu Hall Danforth's care is exceptional! The staff at Montagu Hall really do care which I see evidence of on a daily basis. The accommodation is top class, the meals are cooked fresh on a daily basis by a very good chef and everything is clean and spotless. The senior management
are very supportive and are always there when needed. As care homes go this is probably as good as it gets. I would recommend Montagu Hall to anyone who's interested in a highly caring environment that really does look after its residents.

My mum has been a resident of Montagu Hall for a few weeks now, and I visit very regularly at different times of the day. There is always such a lovely calm, happy and welcoming feeling whenever I visit. Everywhere is always spotless. Her room is very comfortable, bright and well equipped, whilst still
being homely, it has a fabulous en suite shower room, everything just perfect for her needs. Staff check in with her regularly if she is in her room resting. If she is in the lounge there always seems to be a member of staff present.
The absolute strength of the home most definitely is the staff, they are all attentive, respectful, kind and caring, mum reports how very well she is looked after and how much she values their time and commitment to her wellbeing.
I am always welcomed and have found all the staff I have met to be friendly, approachable and eager to do anything to help. I feel totally confident that my mum is happy and receiving the very best care.

My mother's care since entering Montagu Hall has been second to none. The staff are attentive, respectful, caring and can't do enough for residents. I have been witness to this daily with all residents in communal areas. She is encouraged to join in without being made to feel pressured to enjoy the

My family member has been staying at Montagu Hall residential care home for almost three months. The accommodation is fantastic five stars and spotlessly clean. All the staff wonderful, helpful, and so willing to help. It is a warm and friendly environment, home from home. My family member feels safe
and secure and loves all the staff. We have quality visits and peace of mind, knowing she's in the best care home. With outstanding staff full marks to everyone.

When I visit my friend in the care home, she always comments how kind and caring everybody is. The home itself is immaculate, but very homely. I would just like to thank Montagu Hall for making my mother-in-law's last few months the most caring and loving we could have wished for. Since my mum hasbeen at Montagu Hall, she has gained in confidence and independence. She has developed lovely relationships with both staff and residents alike. Mum transferred to Montagu Hall on a respite basis following a fall. The assessment was arranged quickly and staff and management were very helpful in getting Mum in without delay due to the urgent circumstances. The home is absolutely lovely with beautiful spaces such as garden rooms which mum really
likes. Mum's room is so very nice with great facilities, it really is home from home. The care staff are also absolutely lovely and I'm confident they take good care of mum and her needs. We are always made very welcome and kept up to date and the staff make time to discuss things with family and provide any information needed. The food looks very nice and appetising. We are now looking at making the placement permanent.

Transferred my mum from another care home to Montagu Hall in November. What a beautiful, lovely, clean care home. The management and staff are wonderful, very helpful and caring. Mum's bedroom is really nice with modern facilities. Beautiful ensuite shower room. Mum has said the food is really nice.
Mum is joining in with the activities there and enjoys the company she is with. When me and my family visit Mum, there is always a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. I can definitely recommend Montagu Hall. Thank you very much to all of you.

Montague Hall is a brand-new care home with beautiful decor and facilities. The management and staff are very helpful and friendly with 100% care for the residents and their families. Our mum is settling in very well and she said the food is very nice. The activities are well-organised with Mum taking
part which is good because she doesn't usually join in.
