Donna has over 35 years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector, steadily advancing through various roles. With more than 20 years as a Home Manager, she has led both Residential and Dementia care settings, including the successful commissioning of a care home from the ground up.
Donna is deeply passionate about delivering exceptional care to the people she supports and their families, ensuring their time with her is both enjoyable and safe. She is dedicated to the smooth and efficient operation of Pear Tree House, consistently upholding the highest standards of care.
Among her proudest achievements is winning the Registered Care Home Manager award at the 2021 Great British Care Awards. Donna has also been recognised as a finalist in the Outstanding Contributions to Health and Social Care category.
Michelle began working in a care home in 2007 as a receptionist/administration assistant and during that time she gained a vast amount of knowledge which helped her to complete her NVQ level 2 & 3 in business administration.
In 2013 she was then promoted to Administrator and has never looked back. She believes that working in a care home is so much more than going to work and doing a job. It gives her so much joy to be able to make a difference to the lives of the residents she cares for.
Michelle is very family orientated and spends as much time as she can together with her husband, she has been married for 20 years and has two grown-up children.
Victoria has worked in care since the age of thirteen years old. She has worked with various aspects of care residential, nursing, dementia and challenging, providing the highest standard of care treating each of her residents with dignity and respect.
Before working for Danforth, Victoria worked for the same care provider for almost thirty years, working within different homes within the company. When initially leaving school, she attended college where she obtained her NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Business Administration. Victoria worked for Lancashire County Council assisting the Chief Building Surveyor, still working at the care home in the evenings and weekends.
When working in the care home Victoria worked in all departments from housekeeping, kitchen, domestic, and care before being given the opportunity to train and become the Specialist Care Assistant.
Victoria is a very passionate, caring person who will go above and beyond for her residents, relatives, and colleagues. She is open and honest and of a friendly disposition building good rapport with those whom she meets.
