With a strong background in dementia-specific care, Vickie is passionate about understanding each resident’s life story and using that knowledge to create meaningful, individualised experiences.


She is committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and enriching environment where all residents can thrive with dignity and respect. Outside of work, Vickie enjoys spending time with her family and going on long walks with her beloved four-year-old furry companion, Teddy the Shih-poo

Kim Gladstone

Job Title: Care Manager Joined: 2025

With over 25 years of experience in the residential and dementia care sector, Kim brings a deep-rooted passion and dedication to her role. A second-generation carer, she was inspired by her mother and developed a love for working with older people from a young age—often dancing and playing games with residents as a child.


Kim is a strong advocate for delivering outstanding care that is grounded in dignity, respect, and compassion. She believes wholeheartedly in creating a positive and fulfilling experience for every resident during their time in care.


Outside of work, Kim is a proud volunteer for the Hastings and Bexhill Rugby Club and is a familiar face cheering from the sidelines. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, going camping, walking her dogs, and keeping active at the gym.
