Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care while leading teams that make a meaningful difference to the lives of those they support.
Zac holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management, alongside a BSc in Integrated Health Care Management. This strong academic foundation, combined with extensive practical experience, has equipped him with the insight, expertise, and leadership skills required to develop and manage outstanding care services.
He has held a number of senior leadership roles, including Registered Manager, Area Manager, and Lead for Commissioning New Homes. In his commissioning work, Zac has successfully established new services from the ground up, building teams, implementing robust operational systems, and preparing services to meet regulatory requirements, all while embedding a culture of safe, compassionate, and effective care.
Known for his calm, supportive leadership style, Zac is passionate about empowering teams, fostering positive workplace cultures, and ensuring every service operates with professionalism, integrity, and a clear focus on resident wellbeing.

With over 25 years of experience in the residential and dementia care sector, Kim brings a deep-rooted passion and dedication to her role. A second-generation carer, she was inspired by her mother and developed a love for working with older people from a young age—often dancing and playing games with residents as a child.
Kim is a strong advocate for delivering outstanding care that is grounded in dignity, respect, and compassion. She believes wholeheartedly in creating a positive and fulfilling experience for every resident during their time in care.
Outside of work, Kim is a proud volunteer for the Hastings and Bexhill Rugby Club and is a familiar face cheering from the sidelines. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, going camping, walking her dogs, and keeping active at the gym.
With over 30 years of experience spanning Financial Services, Payments, Real Estate, and, more recently, the Care Sector, Gailynne brings a wealth of leadership expertise and a deep-rooted passion for people. Her career has been defined by senior roles focused on shaping strategy and building meaningful, long-term relationships with customers and communities alike.
Gailynne’s move into the care industry was a natural evolution—driven by a heartfelt desire to make a genuine difference in people’s lives. She is dedicated to delivering outstanding service, clear and compassionate communication, and creating environments where individuals feel respected, supported, and truly cared for.
