I am satisfied with the care my aunt receives. The staff are always very caring and friendly to visitors. My aunt is very happy, she says everyone is very nice and the food is good.

Dad has been in Priority for little over a week and I've visited regularly. Overall he's settled in really well. Sometimes he's a little bit but upset but usually he's laughing and joking with the staff who all really like him. It was a daunting time for us all but the staff have been great and I see how well they interact with all the residents when I visit and I'm so pleased to have chosen Priority for Dad's care.

So grateful for the care Gerald is receiving and the fact that he is safe.
A great deal has happened to us both in the past 3 years, and I reached the point in my own journey that I could no longer look after hi, at him after we moved.

His ability to communicate with me and the family seems to have gone, but he seems happy and settled here, for which we are thankful.

My auntie was admitted to Priority Care Home and was there for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, due to decline in her dementia she had to be moved to another secure unit. The staff supported my family and social worker into finding somewhere suitable. I was gutted that she had to move as I knew I would not find care and support like I received from this home. A massive thank you to all staff and we will not forget the love you shown my auntie.

After visiting this care home my sister seems happy looked very clean and well cared for. After speaking to a staff member I was informed about the care my sister is receiving I no longer feel any concern and know in my own mind that she is in the best place for all her care needs. Thank you for all the care she is receiving.

The family can't thank all the staff enough for the care provided to my mum. She's been with you less than two weeks and there's a remarkable improvement in may ways already. She has really settled in which is a huge relief and you can see the care and attention she is receiving in invaluable. My mum now has a quality of life and is truly benefiting from all you have to offer and connections/interactions. Thank you.

My mum was at this home for over 4 years. The staff looked after her really well and were great with me. Sadly she passed at end of April. Initially the home were so lovely, I went in to thank them the day after she passed. I was asked by the management team to let them know when my mums funeral would be because many of the staff wanted to attend. My mum was one of the longest serving residents, she had been there since just after it opened. Not one person from priority care came to her funeral. Despite me me being told they would. I had to change my eulogy just before I read it because I was going to thank the team personally. I emailed the home to say how upset I was that no one came. I didn't get a response for a week and then the owner told me it was down to 'operational requirements'! Really! It's a disgrace. This place clearly cares about money and not the people it's meant to care

I could not be more happy with Priority Care, it is not like a care home its like a family atmosphere, the staff are great nothing is to much trouble for them, should you have a query or need anything. The rooms are lovely and clean and no smell's in the home. The activities are great for the residents and the singers bring back memories for them too. I cannot give enough praise for my mums treatment and Priority Care.

My mum enjoys being here. I am very pleased that mum is happy and safe at Priority Care Bradford. There are activities that are many and varied. Mum particularly baking, singing and dancing. Mums food looks good and she enjoys it. Staff seem kind and concerned. Mums teeth are a mess and sometimes look like they've not been done in a while.

False statement taken from your website "a modern care home, designed specifically for the needs and requirements for dementia residents" - couldn't be further from the truth- I was informed by management if there is a incident of lashing out/ challenging behaviour then the resident is served notice to leave- no attempt to investigate, communicate with mental health team etc. just turfed out asap very similar disregard. degrading it felt as I dragged the bin liners full of my loved ones belongings- disgraceful treatment.

Priority Care Home is a lovely care home and all the staff are friendly and approachable. The residents are treated with dignity and care. I feel secure in knowing my father is loved and treated respectfully and all his needs are fulfilled. Spotlessly clean, lovely meals, friendly atmosphere, great social events where everyone can join in. Excellent management, staff are very busy but always have a moment to chat. Would recommend to anyone and already have. Thank you Priority, always a pleasure to visit.
