Priority Care was previously occupied by Bradford College as the adult and community learning centre, before being renovated into a modern 37 bedded care home, designed specifically for the needs and requirements of dementia residents.

Priority Care Home is situated off Manningham Lane and is 1 mile from the centre of Bradford. The home is adjacent to the historical picturesque Lister Park, nestled amongst a diverse community of historical architecture.

Priority Care Home is set in 4.5 acres of land and the home is set back from the main road, sheltered amongst peaceful and private gardens that surround the care home, ensuring tranquillity, calm, and a sense of security for residents.

My auntie was admitted to Priority Care Home and was there for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, due to decline in her dementia she had to be moved to another secure unit. The staff supported my family and social worker into finding somewhere suitable. I was gutted that she had to move as I knew I would
not find care and support like I received from this home. A massive thank you to all staff and we will not forget the love you shown my auntie.

After visiting this care home my sister seems happy looked very clean and well cared for. After speaking to a staff member I was informed about the care my sister is receiving I no longer feel any concern and know in my own mind that she is in the best place for all her care needs. The family can't thank all the staff enough for the care provided to my mum. She's been with you less than two weeks and there's a remarkable improvement in may ways already. She has really settled in which is a huge relief and you can see the care and attention she is receiving in invaluable. My mum
now has a quality of life and is truly benefiting from all you have to offer and connections/interactions. Thank you.

My mum was at this home for over 4 years. The staff looked after her really well and were great with me. Sadly she passed at end of April. Initially the home were so lovely, I went in to thank them the day after she passed. I was asked by the management team to let them know when my mums funeral would
be because many of the staff wanted to attend. My mum was one of the longest serving residents, she had been there since just after it opened. Not one person from priority care came to her funeral. Despite me me being told they would. I had to change my eulogy just before I read it because I was going to thank the team personally. I emailed the home to say how upset I was that no one came. I didn't get a response for a week and then the owner told me it was down to 'operational requirements'! Really! It's a disgrace. This place clearly cares about money and not the people it's meant to care

When you visited the home the day after your mum's passing, you shared kind words about the care she received, as well as the staff, management and environment - feedback that meant a great deal to the team who supported her for just over three years. While we genuinely hoped to attend, we had to ensure safe staffing remained in place for all residents. We were therefore saddened to see the online ratings don't reflect what you shared with us in person. I'd also like to clarify that we are not financially driven, we remain committed to accessible, person-centred care and continue to admit residents without charging any third party top-up fees. I could not be more happy with Priority Care, it is not like a care home its like a family atmosphere, the staff are great nothing is to much trouble for them, should you have a query or need anything. The rooms are lovely and clean and no smell's in the home. The activities are great for the residents
and the singers bring back memories for them too. I cannot give enough praise for my mums treatment and Priority Care.

This is a well run care home. Staff are both friendly and helpful and communication is excellent. There are a range of interesting activities for residents. The doctor is fresh, modern and bright. My mother is well cared for and content.

My mum has some lovely days at Priority Would like to see more old films being put on they would all enjoy them. Mum enjoys all the activities that are put on at Priority Care, mum loves and trusts the care givers at Priority Care. My mums teeth are terrible and are not being cleaned properly.

My mum enjoys being here. I am very pleased that mum is happy and safe at Priority Care Bradford. There are activities that are many and varied. Mum particularly baking, singing and dancing. Mums food looks good and she enjoys it. Staff seem kind and concerned. Mums teeth are a mess and sometimes look

False statement taken from your website "a modern care home, designed specifically for the needs and requirements for dementia residents" - couldn't be further from the truth- I was informed by management if there is a incident of lashing out/ challenging behaviour then the resident is served notice
to leave- no attempt to investigate, communicate with mental health team etc. just turfed out asap very similar disregard. degrading it felt as I dragged the bin liners full of my loved ones belongings- disgraceful treatment.

Priority Care Home is a lovely care home and all the staff are friendly and approachable. The residents are treated with dignity and care. I feel secure in knowing my father is loved and treated respectfully and all his needs are fulfilled. Spotlessly clean, lovely meals, friendly atmosphere, great

Priority Care is a well-managed, progressive care facility with compassionate, proactive staff. From the initial inspection to placing our mum in care the staff were informative, caring, and supportive.
It cannot be an easy job supporting the residents with their individual needs and requirements
but the staff manages this with a quiet competence, which is clearly well received by the residents.
Living so far away I'm grateful for the open communication and professionalism of the staff who are always available to take calls and provide updates. The residents are treated with respect and care preserving their individuality and dignity.
I know Mum is well cared for, thank you all for your dedication and professionalism.

Priority Care Home is staffed and managed by a team of lovely people who are doing a very challenging job extremely well. The facility is clean and well appointed with plenty of activities to engage the residents.
Living so far away I am comforted to know how well my mum is taken care of. Management
and all of the staff are always there to speak with me and the updates I receive are really appreciated.
The staff are warm, friendly, and caring. They engage beautifully with the residents, treating them with respect and dignity.

Generally very well kept and maintained throughout. Good security.
Been several times and residents appear to be well cared for and pleasant with all the residents.
As they are mainly very elderly and evidently not in good health or condition they seem to sit almost comatose much of the time, and
perhaps more could be done to create some interest and atmosphere. Overall, no complaints from me, but not surprising as it is not me who is paying for it.
