Really didn't know what to expect but the home is excellent. Was really worried about how my brother-in-law would settle but with a lot of patience, understanding and care, I needn't have worried. The relief was immense for both of us and our family members.

Really didn't know what to expect but the home is excellent. Was really worried about how my brother-in-law would settle but with a lot of patience, understanding and care, I needn't have worried. The relief was immense for both of us and our family members.
Staff are great and encourage interaction with other residents so that it almost resembles a family. Residents are treated with respect and their dignity is assured. The facilities and cleanliness were a great concern for me but even during the pandemic, this was always a top priority for staff. Management are open to suggestions as to how to make residents feel at home and it is a happy experience in all aspects. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I have visited my friend twice so far, and find she is comfortable and well looked after, even to the point to say she likes it here. My friend never had a good word to say about any of her previous times in care homes but likes it very much here. Staff are friendly and polite, and more...

A very comfortable and clean bedroom. Very helpful, friendly staff and carers. Easy for travel, especially for public transport. A very attractive looking building, entrance to it could be improved. And sure it will be in the future.
