Communication with me is always professional and reassuring, and the staff are always approachable and helpful too. I like to see lots of staff on the top floor, that's reassuring to me.
It's evident that they genuinely care about the wellbeing and happiness of the people they support.
Overall, I would happily recommend Raith Manor Care Home to anyone looking for compassionate care for a loved one.

My husband came to Raith Manor on 6th September 2024, I was very emotional about no longer being able to care for him myself. He had complications with Alzheimer's. The care he is receiving could not be better. The staff are so thoughtful and kind. The necessary medical staff from NHS were brought in to attend to his treatment and I know he is in safe hands, which helps to give me peace of mind.

My grandfather spent the final seven weeks of his life at Raith Manor and we were incredibly impressed by the high standard of care he received. The staff were absolutely fantastic, with very good communication and we received regular updates. The compassion, kindness and attention to detail shown in his final few days in particular was truly above and beyond, we couldn't have asked for more.
