Sally is the dedicated Registered Manager of Sandmere Care Home.
Charlotte is an experienced registered nurse who will lead and guide our care team. She has worked in a variety of settings including acute, community and nursing homes. She has a particular interest in end-of-life care.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, two cats and a miniature dachshund puppy.
Hollee brings a wealth of experience having worked in the care sector since 2012, she started her career as a Care Assistant and worked her way up through various different roles including Non-Clinical Deputy Manager and more recently Administration Manager.
Hollee is looking forward to welcoming residents and their loved ones into our beautiful home and allowing our residents to enjoy the many added luxuries that a new care home has to offer.
Dee brings extensive experience in fostering connections and building relationships with various organisations in the local community, including social services, GPs, pharmacies, hospital discharge teams and dementia support groups.
She will take an active role at Sandmere, promoting daily activities, communicating with family members, and arranging tours of the home for prospective residents and their families.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family, particularly grandchildren, husband, and three Jack Russell terriers.
Mark has worked for 30+ years in the catering industry, classically trained with experience in many well-respected establishments, as well as being privileged to have worked in different countries around the globe.
He is super excited to share his professional experience and culinary skills at Sandmere.
Malcom has been working in the care sector for the past 8 years in maintenance roles. He is looking forward to welcoming residents in and making their rooms homely and personalised. Outside of work, Malcolm enjoys spending time at his allotment and watching sports.
Teresa started her career in care at the age of 18. She enjoys knowing that our residents have a welcoming and homely place to live. She will lead our team of housekeepers to ensure the home is clean and tidy for all.
Outside of work, she enjoys walks along the seafront and spending time with friends and family.
John has been an activities coordinator for the better part of a decade. His background is in textiles and design whilst his career has been rooted in the care sector which makes him excellent for our activities and well-being role here at Sandmere Care Home.
John has been able to uplift, inspire and entertain those who have found themselves under his guidance using a combination of art therapy with mental wellness techniques

Vicky brings a wealth of experience having worked in customer services for 35 years. She is very much looking forward to greeting and meeting our residents, families and visitors.
