My son has received very good support on a 1:1 basis whilst living at Sycamore House. I would like him to be encouraged to be more independent in terms of getting his own drinks from the kitchen and being more involved in doing "shop, cook and eat" as he is more than capable of doing this with support,
but overall I find it an excellent place to live.

Felt assured that the resident is receiving suitable care. She has been here for 3 months and we needed assurance of care and activities.

This setting is homely, organised and clean.
The carers are friendly and communicate well with my mum, dad and me. They do lots of activities with my sister and even weekends at the seaside. The residents are also nice people to be around for my sister. Happy with the care she is getting.

My daughter has been very content and settled since she moved in. The staff have been very supportive and creative in their activities for her.
She has a lot of interests and the care team are always looking for new and interesting activities for her. This has not been easy as many college activities
only go up to age 25 and she is older. However, they continue to seek out new ideas and experiences for her and continue to support her existing interests.

I have been pleased that my daughter has settled in well at Sycamore House as it offers a high level of care and support.
I would however like more information on her medication programme and the desired outcome of it along with observed progress.
