The Grange has helped me no end nothing is ever too much trouble all staff from cleaner to management go above and beyond cooks amazing proper home cooked food I would definitely recomend The Grange to anyone that needs a certain level of care it definitly feels more like a family and puts you at ease

I stayed in the Grange following a fall at home. During my stay I found all the staff to be very kind and friendly. I received help a support when needed. My room was clean + tidy and all my personal needs were taken care of. My daughter supported me during my stay and the staff were very happy and
willing to deal with any queries or concerns she had. Everyone made my stay a happy experience and I can't thank everyone enough for everything they did for me.

We were welcomed very warmly on arrival. Room was clean and ready, they answered all our questions very confidently, made sure we had everything that was needed. The care for my husband was outstanding we couldn't find one fault with anything. All staff are very pleasant and polite to both residents
and visitors. 10 out of 10.

I stayed in The Grange for 2 Weeks before after my hip operation in October 2024.i was looked after extremely well. My room was extremely clean, the food was excellent and the staff went out of the way to make everyone comfortable.

The care my mum has had whilst being in The Grange has been excellent, I can't fault anything. My mum has been so happy here and the kindness she has been shown by the staff has made a difficult situation so much easier and knowing my mum has been so well looked after has made my life easier too.

A very pleasant, caring and friendly atmosphere. Staff are very attentive, caring and light-hearted. The food is of high quality. The home is very clean, and non-clinical. Generally a nice place for my mum to rest after her fall. Would highly recommend.

We as a family my mum and myself and two sisters would like to say Thankyou for the great care given to our father. He came for a stay for rehabilitation was in #RM 3
The place is clean, tidy, he enjoyed the meals food looked lovely, the staff were all great, friendly, welcoming, helpful, and looked
after our dad well. Special hats off the two male staff, who always shaved dad, these two were excellent guys and dad always said how well they cared for him. He sat in lounge with some lovely residents and had some laughs, he enjoyed his stay,. Thankyou all for your kind, caring support, dad is continuing to improve slowly. Will recommend The Grange. Nice, clean, good food and residents looked after well. Thankyou to all staff you do a fabulous job.

I had no expectations as only moved to the area recently. But, my last job was a domestic in a private care home. I couldn't believe how much better it is here. Buzzers answered really quickly. We had anything we wanted within reason. Food was brilliant. Cannot fault anything. The only thing I feel
would be a clock in the sun lounge as we had no idea of the time. Thank you for everything.

My stay here from start to finish has been excellent. The carers could not have looked after me better cand while I have been here I have felt Safe happy and cared for. My family have enjoyed visiting as the Staff have always made them feel welcome and they are amazed by the cleanliness and bright cheery
surroundings. Although I am Pleased to be moving on, I sad to leave Thank you for everything.

A great facility and staff clearly work as a team. My dad has been well cared for and we feel like we have been guided through his stay here. Our concerns have been listened to and advice given. The Grange has also been good at feeding back dad's progress over the phone as I am not local.

My 97-year-old mum spent 3 weeks in The Grange following a hip fracture. This was a very stressful time for us all not knowing what the future holds. The Grange has a homely atmosphere and as a frequent visitor, I never felt in the way. Great to see staff and visitors sit with residents at meal times.
Doggy visitors are welcome too. There are some lovely staff and nothing is too much trouble for the chef. It is very hot at times. Any concerns I raised as an anxious daughter were dealt with.

Although this has been a very stressful time, all of the staff have made me feel extremely comfortable. I am supported well in my everyday activities and feel like the staff are competent in doing so. I am checked on frequently throughout the day, whether it be if I would like a drink or even just in
general to ask if I am ok. Any concerns that I have had have been dealt with right away and I am taken seriously. I am very grateful for everyone involved in my care.
