Trent Bridge Care Home is a fantastic place. It has provided a safe, caring, stimulating and comfortable environment for my sister. The staff are welcoming and caring, and have got to know our sister's needs well. Families are welcomed and opinions and feedback are encouraged and listened to. We are delighted with the care our relative is receiving and always look forward to visiting.

We had a lovely experience on Easter Sunday. The food was delicious and the staff here are wonderful! The care provided is second to none and the staff do a fantastic job of looking after the residents.
Thank you for your kind words. Your feedback means a great deal to us, and our team will be truly heartened to hear it. Our catering team will also be delighted to know you enjoyed the food. Delivering exceptional care is at the core of everything we do, and we're so pleased that this came through during your visit. We warmly welcome you to return and visit us again soon.
Previously, my mum was in a terrible care home where she just stared at the four walls all day and was generally ignored. It was unhygienic and the food was truly awful. We couldn't bear to leave her there any longer as it was making us ill with worry. Trent Bridge is a paradise in comparison. My mum was having her hair done within 30 minutes of arriving! Lots of activities, beautiful rooms, good food and friendly staff who listen! Community orientated and a big relief!
We are sincerely sorry to learn of the challenges your family faced in the past regarding your mother's care, and we fully understand the concern and distress this may have caused. It is therefore particularly gratifying to hear that Trent Bridge has brought a sense of relief and reassurance to you...
We had a beautiful day visiting my aunt at Trent Bridge. The staff were all so lovely and welcoming as soon as we entered. It is very clear my aunt is looked after brilliantly and is well cared for. We stayed for lunch and the food was 10/10 and the facilities were clean and great. There was a huge range of activities for the residents including a cinema, and arts and crafts, which we were welcome to join in with. Thanks to all the staff here for their wonderful care!
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We're absolutely delighted to hear that you had such a wonderful day visiting your aunt at Trent Bridge. My Mum has been a resident at Trent Bridge care Home now for 3 months. She settled very rapidly and repeatedly tells me that she is very happy there. The staff are all lovely and Mum has really improved in all areas of her everyday functioning as a result of all the social interaction, humour & care that the staff give her. I am very pleased and reassured that Mum is so happy.

The staff were incredible, and making my dad feel so welcome - well actually all of us!
The care and facilities at Trent Bridge care home are second to none. Thank you for making the transition for dad, so comforting.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. We're so pleased to hear that both your father and your family felt warmly welcomed to Trent Bridge. The team will be delighted to know that their care and support have helped make your father's move a comfortable one. If there's anything more we can do, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
My mother has been a resident since September 2025, where I have seen her go from being quite ill and depressed to finally enjoying her life again. I am very upset to read a couple of the reviews as I cannot relate to the negativity that has been written, and would assume that the family member has been moved to another home judging by what has been said. I always find all the staff to be friendly, accommodating and ready to listen, and very caring and professional towards all the residents, visitors and to each other. The atmosphere is great and, after having taken my mother out of her previous care home into Trent Bridge, I can honestly say it was the best decision I made. I confidently recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a safe, caring and respectful home for their loved ones.
Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful words. We're truly heartened to hear that your mother is enjoying life at Trent Bridge Care Home. Knowing that our team's kindness, professionalism, and genuine care have made a positive impact means the world to us. Your recognition of the safe,...
This is a lovely place, the size of the bedrooms is huge. It's not like any other home I've been in and I've been in a few. I've been coming here since it opened. Everyone is so friendly. The patients are kept lovely, their nails are done, they have different clothes on every time. My friend has never looked so well and that's because of the caring people looking after them. I tell everyone about this home.
Thank you for your kind and thoughtful review of Trent Bridge. We're delighted to hear your positive feedback and that you've found our dedicated care team to be so warm and welcoming. It's especially rewarding to know that your friend is looking better than ever thanks to the care they've received...
This Is The Best Decision We Could Have Made.
Placing a loved one into a care home is never an easy decision, but choosing this home for my grandmother was by far the best decision we could have made. From the moment we walked in, there was an undeniable sense of warmth, care, and community.
The staff are absolutely incredible - not only are they professional and attentive, but they genuinely care about the residents. You can see it in their actions, their smiles, and the way they interact with everyone. My grandmother feels safe, happy, and loved, which is everything we could have hoped for.
There's a true family feel here, and it's clear that this is more than just a place to live - it's a home. I'm so grateful for the peace of mind this has brought to our whole family.
To anyone who is struggling with this decision for their loved one, I wholeheartedly recommend this care home. It's an amazing place, and we couldn't be happier.

My mother in law is very happy there and we are confident that she is in a caring and safe environment.
Thank you for your kind review of Trent Bridge Care Home. It means a great deal to know that our management and care team have been supportive, we'll be sure to share your lovely comments with them, as they will truly appreciate your words.
There are too few staff which has resulted in compromising situations for both of my parents. Management are fine unless crossed: The remote control for my father's was lost by the care home in November. No responsibility was taken. My father recently died and was unable to have the solace of music during his demise. I met with a member of staff to discuss my father's End of Life Plan. The information was not updated on any system, resulting in an uncomfortable and unnecessary phone conversation with an emergency doctor to put a plan into action. Management are unresponsive on this and other issues. Important improvements are needed.
Dear David, Please accept our sincere condolences on the passing of your father. We would like to extend an invitation to discuss the concerns raised in your review in greater detail. Kindly contact us on 01205 358 888 at your earliest convenience, so we may speak with you personally.Kind regards,Adele
Very pleased with care given to my mum from all staff and management at Trent Bridge. Everyone there is cheerful and welcoming and supportive of residents, family and friends. My mum has been a resident here since January and has settled in really well despite her difficulties due to the love and care received by all here. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this care home to anyone it is like a 5 star hotel with lots of activities for residents to take part in if they wish to.

Creating a warm, safe, and welcoming environment is something we take great pride in, and your comparison to a "5-star hotel" truly...
I cannot speak highly enough of my observations and experience of visiting my friend. This is without doubt the gold star standard for care and support in an environment that is tailored to meet the needs of the residents it supports. I have visited my friend weekly over the past 3 months. Each time I have visited the residents are engaged in meaningful, enjoyable, and considered activities. It's great to hear senior citizens signing. My friend (98 years old) said to the entertainer - "You have brought so much pleasure to us all" - enough said.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your heartfelt feedback. We are truly delighted to hear about your positive experiences during your visits over the past three months. Knowing that your friend and all our residents are enjoying meaningful, engaging activities brings us great joy. Your...

I have visited my friend at Trent Bridge for the first time and was pleased to see Trent Bridge looked after the residents very well, everything was very clean and tidy, my friend's room was airy, very comfortable and bright and spacious - and a high ratio of staff. There is a diary of things to do and comfortable living rooms to sit in.

My mothers transition from home to Trent Bridge Care Home could not have gone better. She settled in incredibly quickly and has embraced everything the home has to offer, exercise sessions, craft activities, singalongs, skittles, trips out, manicures, weekly hairdressing to name a few. Six weeks on and I have nothing but admiration for the staff who all seem invested in providing a home from home experience for all residents. Without exception the staff are friendly, helpful, cheerful and professional. The decor of the home is very tasteful, cleanliness is of a very high standard, the meals are appetising, snacks and drinks available on request, the rooms very well appointed.

We're overjoyed to hear that her transition was smooth and that she has embraced everything our home has to offer so wholeheartedly. It's wonderful to know that she's enjoying the...
It is the best home (care) I have ever visited, and I have been in quite a number. The price per week was very fair, certainly excellent value for money. I was very impressed.

Trent Bridge Care Home have been amazing in welcoming our dad and supporting us as a family through a very worrying and stressful time. From the very first introduction all of the Trent Bridge team have been first class. They genuinely care about our dad and have done everything they could to make sure he was comfortable and happy and he settled almost immediately despite how big a deal it was for him moving from his own bungalow. All of the staff are caring and responsive to both my dad and us as a family. We would fully recommend Trent Bridge Care Home.
Thank you so much for your heartfelt feedback. We're truly honored to have been able to support your dad and your family during such a significant transition. Beautiful care home. Decorated really well throughout. Full of warmth and love. So happy Dad is here as the staff are fantastic and really supportive and engaging. We feel very supported and highly recommend West Bridgeford Care Home. Great facilities, lots to offer the residents. Days out, different activities going on throughout the week also. Thank you, everyone, for making Dad's stay a happy one. Best.
