This is a fantastic day care facility that really caters for the needs of all users. The staff are very tuned in to the individual needs of the users, taking great care to know them personally and work with their needs. My Mum had a lovely time. I wish all facilities for the elderly and those with dementia were like this!

friendly staff requires some help with eating which she gets from staff (thanks) does not remember much about her day does not matter appears to be happy with the help she receives like to receive the day report to know to see what she has being doing and eating

My dad attends Birdston twice a week and it has helped him so much. They do so many activities which is excellent. All the staff are lovely in the Day Centre and also when my dad is picked up and dropped off.
