Every Sensation offers therapeutic and sensory treatments and environments for adults with profound, complexed, multiple physical and learning disabilities, aged 18 and above.

The centre is for clients who require a higher level of treatment and intervention to maintain and improve their physical and mental health needs. They also offer a homecare service. This can be a from a few hours to overnight stays to a few days. They can offer staffing that are trained for the complexed needs.

Every Sensation endeavour to support the individual by focusing on their assessed needs and wishes and by maintaining and promoting their overall physical and emotional health and well-being.

The day care centre offers higher staffing levels such as 1-1 or 2-1 subject to assessments of need. This enables high-quality care for all clients offering therapeutic approaches to treatments in order to meet the developmental, emotional and physical health needs, meaningful activity and sensory needs of all clients.

The facilities including a Hydrotherapy pool as well as Acheeva beds, allowing clients to have opportunities to have time out of wheelchairs, promoting therapeutic and health interventions.

The centre work alongside NHS physiotherapists to create assessments and programs to meet the needs of individual clients for Acheeva bed programs and Hydrotherapy programs.

Included in the facilities is the immersive room. This room has gesture-controlled interactive technology which gives clients a complete multi-sensory experience and offers an additional medium for service users to engage in a range of therapeutic treatment programmes in a creative and bespoke way.

Open Monday to Friday 9 am until 4 pm including bank holidays (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day).

This enables them to hire the facilities i.e. hydro pool, sensory rooms or the centre for a weekday evening or weekends sessions.

Superb day centre. Fantastic, supportive staff who understands individual needs well.
Lovely location and wonderful facilities including a hydro pool. The manager and her staff work tirelessly to provide excellent care plenty of activities and also ensure any and all health care needs for my son are
met. I cannot recommend highly enough very little choice around for a young adult who is severely disabled with complex health and care needs but without a doubt, this is five star fit for our son. He loves attending.

Every Sensation is clean. The staff are very kind to me and my daughter. They let me know each day how she has been at the centre. All the service users like to have a chat (in their own way) and seem very happy.

My son really likes Every Sensation because the staff are brill and they do lots of great activities. He has also made lots of friends and feels very happy and safe there. It's great for him to be taken for a walk in the grounds down to lake to feed the ducks and see the horses in the field.

My daughter attends Every Sensation 3 times a week. Staff are very helpful, friendly and empathetic with her (& me).
I trust them with her 100%.
Communication with me is very good.


My daughter is always happy to go and returns home in a similar mood.

All units from Autism East Midlands find the facility at Hydropool great. Our service users enjoy coming and get so much out of it. Staff enjoy bringing service users and find it to be a pleasant experience all round. Staff available at Hydropool are always polite and welcoming. We can see that your
service is popular and other care providers enjoy bringing their clients. We hope that at some point we can maybe book smaller groups from our units to come at other times as we are aware with all groups it can get busy and crowded. As a whole we think the place is great and enjoy bringing our clients for their enjoyment and fun they get out of using the pool.

My daughter has Kleefstra syndrome, epilepsy, renal failure and behavioural problems, poor mobility, she received 1:1 care throughout her day. Facilities at Every Sensation are excellent and provide a wide range of activities and meet her needs, encourage interaction and communication, providing personal
care and support. Hydrotherapy facilities aid with joint stiffness and mobility problems and relaxed her when agitated. Swoellam room for quiet time and realization. Well trained staff providing individualised care and support to my daughter and other service users. On going support for carers and adaptable to change.

The manager is fantastic, she goes over and above her job to ensure the pool hire sessions run smoothly and clients are able to have an enjoyable session. The building is always seasonally decorated to an amazing standard, the Christmas decorations this year are absolutely fantastic and create a great
atmosphere within the building.

Although nowhere is perfect, Every Sensation offer my daughter the best care option in the area. The amount of days and flexibility they offer are probably the best around here. She has been attending since they opened and hope this continues for as long as possible because the alternatives don't bear
think about. Every Sensation is a day centre for more profoundly disabled clients and they are better staffed than local authority centres.

Every Sensation is a very caring and supportive day centre. It is a person centred placement. I have a severely disabled son with complex physical and medical needs. All the staff know my son and are trained to carry out necessary medical procedures. I have every confidence in the centre meeting all
his physical and social needs. It is a friendly and caring environment for young adults.
