The Lawns

The management are excellent helping me with problems asking for my help doing jobs. The staff are brilliant they work very hard at keeping my flat clean and look after me with meds and caring about everyone doing jobs I wood not want to do with a smile.

As a daughter, I am so happy that my mum is happy with how she has settled in and the staff and other tenants have made her feel so welcome.

It has allowed me to be a daughter again and not her main carer. Mum is more social and enjoys activities and chatting to the other residents.

Good security, I feel my mother is safe and secure.

Nice residents. Lovely clean flat. Plenty of things to do.

I enjoy living here, I have settled in well and all the staff help me and look out for me. I enjoy being able to take part in activities and being more social.

Staff very pleasant and attentive. Atmosphere is very friendly. Facilities are good.

A member of staff went the extra mile in phoning me when my mother was very upset, which led to a video call very kindly offered by the staff member. The staff member thought a video call would help reduce the upset which it certainly did. I was so so thankful and made the staff member's manager aware of this. I can never fault any of the staff and I know my mum is being cared for and looked after at a very high standard.

I feel very relaxed and have met some very nice people.

So far, I am very pleased with all the communication and support given to my grandad. The manager is very helpful and professional, as are all the support staff that are employed at The Lawns Care Home. Keep up the good work.

I would highly recommend anyone who needs housing and care to go to The Lawns Care Home. Very professional.

The Lawns is a fantastic place. The environment is so friendly and welcoming. The staff are always helpful and the residents are friendly and everyone seems very happy. The place is always clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The food is nice. As my friend's representative (as he has no family), I am always treated very well. My friend has recently needed extra help which he has received with an enormous amount of care and dignity. Nothing is too much trouble for the amazing team that work at The Lawns. I always praise it up, as it deserves.

Since I have been here, I have received excellent care. The facilities are very good. The staff are very helpful, and the management also. At the present time, we are in lockdown due to an outbreak of Covid, but this will calm soon, and we will be back to normal.

Since moving to The Lawns a year ago, I have received such care and attention. The staff are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to ensure my needs are met.

Having lived at The Lawns for nearly three years, I must say that the care and commitment provided by both care staff and management is exemplary. Although, the ethos at The Lawns is independent living, with care as and when needed, nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff, when it comes to our care and safety. Personally, although my health conditions continue to worsen, my anxiety levels have reduced considerably, due to the reassurance I feel from living here.

I am satisfied with everything regarding my care. Management and carers are always ready to help, whatever my request may be. Give confidence and security to residents.

The team of carers are excellent. They have certainly done a sterling job during the lockdown.

We cannot put into words how caring and attentive the staff at The Lawns are. We feel very grateful that Mum is a resident at The Lawns. All through lockdown, they have gone above and beyond to care for Mum and we would highly recommend it.

Can't rate the team at The Lawns highly enough, they are fantastic. Mum is treated with such care and dignity, with lots of humour built in. They go the extra mile to care for Mum and ensure her happiness and wellbeing. Whenever we pick her up, she always tells us how kind the ladies are. We feel very fortunate that Mum lives at The Lawns and would highly recommend it. Such a professional and caring team.

Very friendly staff. A lovely safe environment for residents. Lots of activities to take part in. All the team are brilliant. Even more so during the very difficult times we have all had to endure recently.
