My experience here has been good. Carers have treated me well. There is a variety of activities for those who wish to join and mostly I do. My privacy in my flat is respected. Many of the other residents are 90+ which can be difficult to deal with as I am nearly 20 years younger. Everyone has the personal
care they need so I could not recommend living here to others without knowing their needs or lifestyle choices.

Always a warm and friendly atmosphere. Very clean. Excellent facilities, activities and carers.
Lovely and spacious flats. Would recommend to any friends or family.

I cannot praise Green Lane View highly enough. My mother has been a resident for the past year and feels it is her 'home'. Widowed at 88 she was physically well but forgetful, confused and very anxious. The encouragement of excellent caring staff has enabled her to settle into supported living in her
flat. The many activities provided, outings and links with local community and church, are invaluable and enriching. The facilities and social areas within the building are kept spotless and there is a genuine sense of community.
Liaison with the manager, deputy manager and care staff is welcomed and residents and their families are encouraged to contribute, both to the facility itself and to the care plan individually created for their Green Lane View resident.
I am so glad we found this lovely home and to know my mother is happy and well cared for in pleasant surroundings with caring people around her.

Very well run Home. Staff are always helpful to both my sister and me with any queries we have regarding our Mothers care and also very helpful to her. The home is always lovely and clean. The entertainment programme is also good. Our Mother had lived in her own home for 57 years but has settled in
as well as she could have done.
